Spending less by not eating out is only possible when you have the required food stuffs.

As a student with no food stuff and little income, eating out till you get enough money to get foodstuffs is preferred.
Making your meals is a better deal on the long run as you'd never eat to your fill when you eat out.

Sowie sweet, just wondering y ur lecturer has bin romancing d case since 2012 or 2013, av never heard of a single court appearance.

guess you'll have to be more serious with your research then.

There was a court appearance sometime last month. 12th October if I'm not mistaken .

The delay in the case was due to the criminal aspect in the matter. He issued a dud cheque which attracts criminal liability. They were waiting for d-banj to be prosecuted on this before proceeding to the civil part but the system was being influenced as is normal in our country so they had to proceed to the civil aspect.

Go back to your gadgets or books.

My Law of torts lecturer gave us the full details in class. He's the counsel to the Plaintiff.

D-banj is in deep poo cos that man is good at what he does.
It's not his first time. Others just weren't smart. Who knows if it'll be his last.
The case has criminal liabilities too.
