He said that for any entity to engage in any manner of fund management, such organisation must as duty and process of law, register its operations with the commission, insisting that “anything short of that would amount to illegal operations and which is another form of a Ponzi Scheme.”

Let me share my own story... i got married last december and my wife currently doesnt work so i placed her on a monthly allowance. My wife is really very smart cos even though we set a budget and i give her money for the basic needs at home she still finds a smart way of making me to pay for most of the needs at some point. e.g she is expected to buy groceries for the house from her allowance but when we go see a movie together at the mall she ensures we stop by at shoprite for quick shoping and i end up paying for all that we buy

I'm getting smarter now so I've had to review giving her monthly allowance to weekly allowance cos she smartly passes most of the MAJOR expenses to me...but recently fuel for my Generators has been eating very deep into my pocket

1. Can i join the Nigerian Navy with a foreign degree? UK Bsc Information Technology, is there room for computer programmers/Analyst in the Navy.- Yes you can join with a foreign degree but you must show proof of Nigerian citizenship, There is room for computer programmers in the Education dept & IT units
2. Must i have a Nysc dispatch letter to enroll in the Navy. - Yes, it is a mandatory requirement
3. Is it possible to do other personal duties aside from military work? Maybe 2-3hours a day - It all depends as you might be posted quite often usually every 24months or as situation demands
4. I heard there is always battle of superiority and segregation among regular officers and Dssc officers, ow true is that? - True, but its gradually fading out
5. Are there special bonus and incentives that regular officers benefit from, that the Dssc don't benefit from? - NO,rather regular officers have to write promotional exams while DSSC dont
6. What is the highest rank that a dssc officer can attain his entire navy service and how many years will it take? - It depends on your corp or arm of service but some have reached the rank of Major General seamlessly.
7. I heard there is a rank you will attain in the Navy and you will still be entitled to your military guards and so on,what rank is that? - Once a General always a General but you will have to pay for them to be with you after your service
8. And lastly, Is it possible to migrate from a dssc officer to regular officer if u so desire a combat career? - You can convert from a DSSC (Direct short service commission) to a DRC (Direct regular combatant officer) before going beyond the rank of Major or its equivalent as long as you are within the age limits & Physically fit

I have always had the dream of wearing white-white right from secondary school, it became a passion, now its like an obsession. attempted Regular combatant cadet enrollment but wasn't successful so i pursued a university degree oversees, and willing to get back where my hearth belongs, which is the Nigerian Navy. - Keep the dream alive brother

I have observed that in Nigeria and even foreign countries, it is quite rare to find an unemployed Nurse. (Except for under-employment in Nigeria)...

Is this assumption correct or does anyone have a contrary opinion cos my wife is considering moving into the Nursing career line.

Any other Opinions / tips ?

I recently got married to my wife and we are getting to know each other well... But my major challenge with her is her inability to be time conscious doing "women stuff", i used to be a very organized and prompt person at occassions & church services but ever since i got married i find myself arriving late at occassions due to my wife's delays.

I tried some techniques like making sure she takes her bath on time & before me, reducing our expected time of arrival eg telling her 8am when the events actually starts by 9am...but havent made much progress.

I humbly requests for advice / tips from the married men in the house on how i can ensure i carry my wife along and attend functions/church services at the correct time without a quarrel.

I have my cbn interview for tomorrow 16th October , i applied as experienced project manager. I guess the venue has changed to their head office in abuja now. It's kinda painful that they aren't given us our transport fares back.

I'll update you all with my success story tomorrow evening. All the best guys.
