Dearest
One

firstly I thank you for your reaction to mine email; Enline with the message, which I have sent to you.
How
was your night over there in your country,i believe you had a wonderful
night and that the atmosphere over there in your country is very nice
today? Mine is a little bit warm over here in Dakar Senegal.

My
name is joy Apia, I was born in 1988 but age doesn't matter in a real
relationship, so i am confortable with your age, I am from Ivory Coast
in West Africa  ,5.8ft tall, fair in complexion single,(never married )
and presently i am residing here in Dakar as a result of the civil war
that was fought  in my country some years ago.

My late father (Dr
Williams Apia) was the managing director of Apia and Associates (Ltd)
and he was the personal advicer to the former head of state before the
rebels attacked
our house one early morning and killed my mother and my father in cold
blood.

It was only me that is alive now and I managed to make my
way to a near by country Senegal where i am leaving now as a refugee
under a Reverend-Pastor's care and i am using his computer to send these
message to you.
I would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes.

PLAESE
Do not be offended for  this message that comes from me please, fair
which to me obliged to put simple trust on you due to my situation here
as a refugee and I shall demand most your conscientiousness after yours
to know about me, I shall really grow fond we to have good inspite
attitudes therefore I have this as a trust which i beleive that you can
not betray it at the  end. I have communicated you because of  my
difficult situation here in this refugee camp; Its just like one staying
in the prison and i hope by Gods grace I will come out here soon.

I
don't have any relatives now whom i can go to. all my relatives ran
away in the middle of the war the only person i have now is Rev- George
David , who is the pastor of the (Christ for all Churches) here in the
camp he has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living
with him rather i am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have
two hostels, one for men the other for women.

The Pastors Tel
number is (+221-778-349-215) .if you call and tell him that you want to
speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. As a refugee here i
don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever
because it is against the law of this country. My love I want to go back
to my studies because i only attended my first year before the traggic
incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.

Please
listen to this(please it's a secret, even no one knows about it ecept
the Reverend that knows
about it),i have my late father's statement of account and death
certificate here with me which i will send to you later, because when he
was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading Foreign bank
which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is
$5.7M (Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars).

So i will
like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you
can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket
to come over to meet with you. I kept this secret to people in the camp
here, the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is
like a father to me. So in the light of above i will like you to keep it
to  yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my
life and the money if people gets to know about it.

Remember i
am giving you all this information due to the trust i deposed on you. I
like honest and understanding
people, truthful and a man of vision, hardworking and GOD fearing
people. My favourite language is english but our language is french but i
speak english very fluently. Meanwhile i will like you to call me like i
said i have alot to tell you. Attached here is my picture. I will send
you more in my next mail. Have a nice day and think about me. Awaiting
to hear from you soonest.
Yours in love,
Miss joy

FamilyHelp Me Talk People Is This Not Child Trafficking by Pysam(op): 7:31pm On Sep 26, 2012
Street trading is increasing by day in lagos and most part of nigeria both on high ways and major inter-state route. You ll find many young boys and girls selling when the mates re in class learn especially in lagos street trading has become the order of the day even with the strict laws in the state and the reduced cost of primary and secondary education one ll wonder why most of this kids re nt in school bt recent findings has shown that most of the child street traders re nt nigerian but children from neighbouring countries like benin republic, niger etc.these youn boys and girl re brought into the country by a contractor you then lease them out to nigerian woman and family to be used as househelps, salesperson which most time involves harking on the street.the new master pays their salaries to tjeir slave masters who in return give the children the widows share.most of these kids re exposed to all kinds of inhuman treatments in the hands of their master before they either run away to live on the street or join gangs to cause one terror or the other.hw can we end this slave trade in this age

PoliticsNNPC Blames Arepo Fire, Insecurity For Fuel Queues by Pysam(op): 8:04am On Sep 26, 2012
The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation has said the damage done to its pipelines by fire at Arepo, Ogun State and the security challenges faced by its officials working on the pipelines are responsible for the recent fuel scarcity in some parts of the country.

The NNPC Executive Director, on Public Services, Mr. Peter Madu, said this at a meeting with the Senate Committee on Petroleum (Down Stream), in Abuja, on Tuesday.

He told the Senator Magnus Abe-led committee that the damage on the organisation’s pipelines at Arepo and the activities of hoodlums at the scene had resulted in the disruption of the flow of the product.

According to him, the NNPC officials among them, engineers have been manhandled while some others have been abducted.

He said, “Three of our men including an engineer were abducted and they have yet to be found.  This is aside the three currently receiving treatment.”

Madu, who said the NNPC made alternative arrangement to move the products using trucks, noted that the recent flooding in Lokoja, Kogi State, frustrated the initiative.

He said “It would take longer time for the tankers to get to their destinations and this has been responsible for the current hiccups noticed last week.”

Madu, however, assured Nigerians that there was enough quantity of petroleum products to go round.

He said, “We have beefed up our depots in Suleja, Minna, Jos, Gusau and Kano. Kaduna refinery has pumped four million litres to ease supply.”

Asked by a member of the committee if he was aware of a strike threat by Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, the NNPC official said the corporation had not received any such notice.

Speaking, Abe asked the Inspector-General of Police to endeavour to arrest perpetrators that vandalised the pipelines.

He said “The senate is concerned about the preservation of the country’s pipelines and nobody should be allowed to get away with such criminal acts. The IG must bring to book all those responsible for disrupting the repairs of the pipelines at Arepo.”

The committee, however, agreed to reconvene for a closed door session with the Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison-Madueke, over the security issue at a later date.
EventsLagos Robberies: Three Suspects In Police Net by Pysam(op): 7:42am On Sep 26, 2012
Three armed robbery suspects-Uche Okeagbu, Emmanuel Ezeani and Chinonso Nwuangwu-have been arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Lagos, in connection with the September 9, 2012 robberies in the state, which left three policemen and a civilian dead.

The suspects were arrested at their Ajangbadi hideout on September 23 following a tip-off.

The suspects were said to members of a much larger group, which had about three weeks ago, carried out simultaneous robberies in Gbagada, Agege, Anthony, Ojodu, Itire, Ikeja and Ilasamaja areas of the state.

It was learnt that after 23-year-old Okeagbu was arrested, his confession  led to the recovery of a large cache of ammunition, one rocket propel grenade launcher, 225 AK 47 magazines fully-loaded, over 10,000 rounds of AK 47 live ammunition, two general purpose machine guns, 260 rounds of GPMG live ammunition, five dynamite with detonator and nine AK 47 rifles.

A self employed oil dealer before his foray into armed robbery, Okeagbu told PUNCH METRO that he was once based in Port Harcourt.

He said, “I was an oil dealer in Port Harcourt before a friend introduced me to this gang. I have been with them for a while and during the time, I went with them for four operations in Ibadan where I got N500,000 as my share. Another was in Uyo where I got N800, 000. I also got N800, 000 for the First Bank robbery at Share, Kwara State and N100,000 for the Lagos robbery. All these took place this year.

“In all these operations, the targets were banks which we robbed successfully. I never went with the group into the banks. I always stayed back with the driver in the car because I was scared but I didn’t go with the gang when they raided Lagos three weeks ago.”

A SARS team led by, Mr. Abba Kyari, found the gang’s armoury in two Volkswagen buses with registration numbers LSD 467 AR and AGL 506 XB, parked at Okeagbu’s residence at Ajangbadi.

Also, Nwuangwu said he took part in four robbery operations at Diamond Bank, Akure, in Ondo State, UBA, Osogbo in Osun State, GTB Okene, in Kogi State and Skyebank, Auchi, in Edo State.

The 23year-old said, “I was merely the driver of the vehicles. I just drove them to whereever they had an operation. I used to be an oil dealer in Port Harcourt before I joined the gang but I have stopped going with them for operations for a while now.”

The Commissioner of Police, Mr. Umar Manko, said the suspects were members of the gang that terrorised Lagos about three weeks ago.

Manko said, “After the Lagos operation, the group proceeded to Ilorin where they robbed a bank and attacked a police station. We are still on the trail of the remaining members of the gang.

“Apart from the arms and ammunition recovered, we also seized a Toyota Camry belonging to the gang. The car was fitted with sensors and camera. That way, the robbers could monitor whatever was going on behind them.

“I would also like to say that since the September 9 robbery operations that the command has not recorded any other robbery incident. There have been robbery attempts in several parts of the state but these have been quelled by the police.

“I encourage the public to continue to come forward with useful information of any suspicious activity around them because that was how we got information on these suspects.”
