Hi, I don't know much about cars, but I need to resolve the following issues concerning my 2006 Nissan maxima S.E:

1. 4 tyres 245/45/18 for replacement of my worn out ones

2. AC pump hose is leaking, refilled gas twice & it all leaked out within a week.

3. My CD player suddenly stopped functioning well after the last time I travelled with the car (Lagos to Sokoto)

4. My right back tyre is touching the body & abnormally bent inwards. The car is low on this side. A mechanic once worked on it when I had a little accident & welded one broken iron rod like that, but it is now bent & the tyre has assumed an abnormal orientation

5. Car makes a lot of screeching noise when driving slowly which is usually worsened by applying brakes. I had the brake pads changed and it persisted. A mechanic told me my inner cross/crux is bad, he brought it out & it was actually bad but I couldn't get a replacement, so he repaired the bad one, I only noticed a slight improvement.

7. After all these are fixed, I want to oven bake the car

I will very much appreciate if I can be put through how/where to get replacement parts & how to get all these problems fixed within the shortest possible time & with minimal stress.

Hi, ill be applying for a U.K business visitor visa to write PLAB and do a clinical attachment later in the year. I'll be staying maximum of 2-3months. I'll be sponsoring myself. Hi all. Please I need people who are already in Finland to clarify something. I read that one needs €6720 living expenses in one's account to process the first year of residents permit for masters in Finland. I can come up with this, but the problem is processing the 2nd year while in Finland...how can one go about this e.g if one is doing those 25hrs/week blue collar jobs. I love the idea of the free tuition and all & will love o get a quality masters from a well structured educational system as in finland but I don't want to be stranded in a foreign land after I've given my all to it. Thanks

I just got an inside info that the protracted NMA strike has been suspended. This was after an intensive delegates meeting in abuja today where most delegates voted for the suspension of the strike after thorough discussion of various issues at stake. Th president of the association is yet to issue a press statement. Details later.

I just got this breaking news from my CNN android app. I've also read it on BBC!!! I hope it won't be like the missing malaysian airline plane that we haven't found till now. Lets hope the plane shows up somewhere and lands safely.
