Ever since the ADC presidential candidate Alh Atiku Abubarka hinted on returning sudsidy.

There have been a loud chorus of his return to subsidy by many Nigerians.

Prominent Amongst them is NDC presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi who has promised to return subsidy.

Judging by SDM revelation one can say that the removal of subsidy without building and enabling the right environment and system has put Nigeria in a precarious state.

Whether or not subsidy should be removed is a function of whether Nigerians will see the proceeds from its removal. What is the need for removing subsidy and inflicting so much pain on Nigerians only to account for nothing received from the subsidy removal? If you must remove subsidy, follow a gradual approach and let us see what you do with the money you recover from it; otherwise, leave the subsidy in place after all. During subsidy, Nigerians were buying petrol cheaper, and foodstuffs and other related commodities were affordable. So in my opinion, Nigerians just want what works well.

And as we all know Obi detests corruption, unlike some people in govt that even helps to breed it. If you like accept Obi's explanation or you don't, its your cup of tea bro. For all I care, if that is the only thing you find wrong with Obi's admin for 8 years, then can't common sense tell you he is still the best among all the candidates? My little baby was born on 12th May 2026. She's now at that stage where we're trying to teach her how to sit up on her own.

Now, instead of buying one of those expensive baby sitters or chairs, my family decided to go the "creative" route. We got a carton of Indomie noodles — you know, the big one — and we put her inside it. Just like a little nest! 😂

Why we did it:

· The carton provides support around her back and sides
· It keeps her from falling over
· And from my own understanding, she actually enjoys sitting in it! She smiles, plays with her toys, and doesn't cry to come out.

So far, it's working — but I know Nairalanders will have plenty to say! 🤣
