I work as a tiler as aside job when not teaching but I have not been getting tiling jobs since the lockdown. As the first child in the family, I feel terrible and helpless not being able to cater for my siblings and my mum although I wish I could do better .

I will like to go straight to the point which is unemployment. I am currently unemployed and broke. I struggle to eat some days and sleep on empty tummy most nights but I believe everything will be better one day eventhough this is very hard right now.

I have a small boy in my area who is a Muslim. His family (the mother and father are bricklayers) are also struggling to cope. He has been asking me for "fasting gift", But even me too I don't have enough to eat.

As the first born of the family, with siblings I have been the one taking care of the house since the lockdown begin, lost my dad in 2016 and my mum is not financially buoyant enough to cater for me and my siblings. Feeding and moving around has been a challenge since the beginning of this lockdown, exhausted my foodstuffs last week and at the moment there is nothing at home for us to eat. And I've been coming up with Malaria symptoms for about a week now but no money to buy drugs.
