The problem is information. People biliv to use long span aluminium roofing sheets is so for the rich but that's all farce!
A simple 3bedroom flat using aluminium covering may not even take u 600k to cover. I knw ds cos i'm into it. While asbestos slates may cost like 500k. People needs to be properly informed.

Confilass: How much will it cost to build a 3 bedroom bungalow from foundation to finishing. Can u just list d rough estimate here.

The kitchen will be small. The rooms will be 12 x 12. The parlour will ve dining. I'll need only two toilets. One in d master room while they other two will share one.

but to answer your question here as u requested, you shld undstnd dt the cost of a whole structure depends on the location, type of soil, topography of the ground, choice of materials, access to site, professionals involved, size of building, etc.
As much as it takes u from 18million and above to complete a house in lagos, it will take not even half of dt in Ogun state.
You might want us to see your buildin plan and we'll give u every cost involved in every phase of work to be done. This will enable u prepare for the next phase. For lagos...18millions and above(it cld be far less or more) but considering the size you gave, it will be lesser, it all depends on the choices of materials and the factors listed above, for other states like Ogun state...7million will do d trick.
