I remember the other gentleman who passed through LBS; he served on the economic advisory team to the same administration of Muhammadu Buhari that critics now accuse of running Nigeria’s net foreign reserves down to about $3.5 billion. Interestingly, the current Minister of State was hardly visible on the national economic or financial radar until quite recently.
