2. Declare state of emergency across several northern states
3. Enforce ban on open grazing
4. Declare martial law and change the constitution to allow bandits to be tried by Military Tribunal catch them and execute them within 6 months
5. Ban motorcycles in key states
6revisit cashless policy taking lessons from poor implementation under Buhari
7. Sultan of Sokoto be removed or confined to his state
8. Remove Sharia law from Nigeria

These are very bold moves, but I don't think any president in the 4th republic can make such moves.

Tinubu favours politics over governance he will not want to jeopardise second term agenda. Sadly he might be the only one with the will power, but he won't.
