I think "matric number not in use" refers to people who didn't register for C14... I did register for C14 with my matric number last year but I wasn't mobilised,hence I already have a profile at NYSC database, so mine says "Matric. no in use" thank you.

U guys dey tAlk abt pasting of Masterlist,my skool no dey paste anyting.Its only when the Call up number is out that it will be pasted.Since u don convocate and ur name is in the Graduating list,u got no Problem.Bt those that graduated Filled a form wch include all our Data's(Phone no,Jamb reg no,matric No,Grade e.t.c).
After that,we will only wait till call up number is out..

I believe you have a Student Affairs Department in your school. Go there and check if your name is among the prospective list released in your school for nysc. Alternatively, you can just directly ask the person(s) incharge of typing the names to see if your name is on the list. Meanwhile, hope you have been cleared by your department and your result approved... All the best and be fast about that.

sorry pls, but how can I be sure my name is uploaded by my institution for this batch, cos I was able to use the portal last year for batchC not knowing the approval of my results was delayed.
