It's better she do ooo and be sure they didn't use fake documents for her which might have resulted to ban. I've seen cases like that where after the person Applied for the student visa and was refused he discovered he had been banned when he requested for a review.

Let your uncle transfer the balance of your tuition fee and maintenance into your account, you don't need any letter from him or anything whatsoever.
The payment of your tuition fee/deposit depend on your school and your choice. Follow your school rules and pay the deposit required, but if you want to pay all the tuition once it's fine. The require deposit must be paid Sha and you must have the balance+maintenance for a year in your account.

This can only be possible if UKVI has a third party app that they use to check applicant's information. This is possible because western intelligence agencies have such access even though it's illegal. I repeat on a confident note that banks don't reveal applicant's balance.

I strongly doubt this your claim. I know someone who built up his account and lien the account, when he sent his statement to the school and the school verified it from gtb, gtb responded with every details on the account. The money in the account and the available money which caused the school not to issue the cas to the person again.

The questions from embassy to banks during verification is a "yes or no" question, and usually doesn't require banks to check present status of the customer's account.

I think the bank did that confirmation to them.. Fidelity Bank.. Because they confirmed he had more than required amount on the day the statement was printed.. But further investigation shows the fund is no longer in the account.. So i am sure they validated from the bank

Justwise I like it when one tells the truth on the their application irrespective of the outcome (approval/refusal).

In my own experience years years ago 14-15yrs back (HSMP/Tier 1 General migrant), myself, my sister and my mom (main applicant) were all refused because my dad didn’t apply with us even though there was a consent letter from my dad stating the reasons. This was the main reason for refusal.

Mom later applied alone and travelled to the UK.

2 years later, I was over 18 at the time I couldn’t apply again as a dependant. My sister applied as a dependant but she was refused again simply because my dad didn’t apply with her. My dad wrote a consent letter oooo and mentioned how he was a high ranking civil servant with the federal government.

Weeks after getting the refusal, dad now agreed to eventually apply with my sister and they were both granted. They went to the uk together and popsie came back a week later. Both mom and sis now have red passports despite the fact that popsie wasn’t involved in future applications.

All I am trying to say is that those entry clearance officers are crazy.

All of you can apply together including your husband. Then he can later come back and decide what he wants to do later in future.
