Team / Zoom interview was done last two Thursdays. Although I experienced technical hitches during my interview, which made it difficult for me to participate fully, so I don't know my fate yet.

Just be open minded. Hopefully God will make a way even if it is outside ecobank.

I notice I was having chest pain throughout Sunday, so I had to call my supervisor that I will be late to work on Monday morning because I needed to visit the doctor...
I'm not the type that take permission from work
I was at the hospital when my supervisor called me that the manager said I shouldn't bother to come to work again on that day , I thought maybe they wanted me to rest

Lo and behold, I got to work this morning, my boss said I should handover all the companies properties with me that I have been relief of my job.
I pleaded to him but he wouldn't listen to my pleas


Thank God he paid me January salary and gave me 3 rubbers of rice.

I feel there is more to this story than what you are sharing. No organization especially microfiance is willing to let go of a hardworking staff because one day absence.

this is an insider work, all those information are in the bank. The bank know your 4 digit PIN, the bank know your BVN, the bank know the phone you register the app, infact the even have your thumb print.
The bank is responsible for everything.
Banks in Nigeria are more than armed robbers. I don't blame my granny who refused to open an account no matter the persuasion.

You Nigerians just sit and post rubbish. Bank doesn't know your pin that is why it is called a secret code. When you guys expose your cards anyhow, use pos anyhow and brag about your account balance why won't they fall victim to scam.

If this was an inside job do you think the bank would allow this go as far as it did?. Them for Don find way pay to aviod reputational damage.

Firstbank recruitment is usually slow. Everything can take up to a year

I always laugh when I see people underestimate d abok#s .....U guys always over look something, they have more numbers. 10 might write in d south & 8 might pass..In d north 50 abok#s would write & 30 go still pass.. Despite dat, most aid projects & waiver gets to them as they are less educated (southerners think dis, makes them feel superior)..but in reality, it's same level of education & the abok#s still get more benefit on top...

Northerns always have the highest failure rate because alot of them do not take the test seriously. Even when contract staff write conversion exams, North always has the highest faliure rate

How many of us received the mail for the graduate trainee test by first bank. In the whole of south west, the test was only done in Ibadan and Lagos. Something that could be done in our various homes.

The thing wey dey pain me pass na the hard hard maths and English comprehension test. Everybody came out of the cbt test hall lamenting and regretting why they bothered traveling long distance to come and write it.
