Frequently brushing your teeth and chewing gum constantly helped me a lot. I brushed my teeth with strong mentol toothpaste up to 12 times a day. And chewed strong mint/licked Tom Tom inbetween . This was what worked for me as the idea of spitting every few seconds disgusted me a lot
