Frequently brushing your teeth and chewing gum constantly helped me a lot. I brushed my teeth with strong mentol toothpaste up to 12 times a day. And chewed strong mint/licked Tom Tom inbetween . This was what worked for me as the idea of spitting every few seconds disgusted me a lot

Eating onions & spicy foodcud help, if it does persist consult ur doctor ok.

Always have bitter kola in ur mouth, not necessarily eating it. Hope it helps

sorry dear. I have many pimples on my face as well but I use Dustin powder on it and its really working like magic. I think it will clear with time
