The tests I listed are the routine blood spot screening we usually carry out for newborn about a week old in my place of practice. Now tell me, on a regular are these tests conducted in Nigeria for new borns? most 40 year old in any sport are already retired or closed to retiring. 40+ and above is already a predisposing factor, coupled with other factors such as lifestyle.

Go and check and see if regular check-up includes checking the heart. Regular (annual) blood work and check-up doesn't include heart unless there's indication there's something wrong with the heart or family history.
People with normal ECG will not suddenly start doing all those tests

so long as you have the money you can include whatever test you choose to as part of your regular health check, people do it all the time.

Talking from experience, I had an Indian client who does TFT, PSA, FPSA, Myoglobin and CK-MB as part of his routine blood work.

D- dimer - what is this test for?
Troponin I - And this test?
Renal function - I guess this is kidney
Liver function - I understand this.
Lipid profile and full blood count - this is more cholesterol and blood level.

D-dimer is a marker for embolism

Troponin I is a cardiac marker....

Lipid profile to check you fat levels

Renal function test to check the health conditions of the kidney

Full blood count to check general blood indices like PCV, Haemoglobin level etc.
