Regurgitating rhetorics doesn’t support your argument. Ukraine isn’t a part of NATO, no one has offered them nuclear weapon, all these is off a hunch that NATO wants to… ironically, China a neighboring country has an ever increasing nuclear arsenal and that isn’t seen as a threat. North Korea and Turkey also have nuclear weapons. My submission is that the threat is ideological than physical. Even if Ukraine has a nuclear weapon it wouldn’t dare launch it because of the nuclear fallout (Chernobyl).

Crimean was gifted to SS Ukraine from SS Russia during the era of Nikita krushev in 1965 or so. Historically, Crimean and the Donbass were Russian territories.
