insomania? I doubt. I've been going through similar condition for some years and i am yet to get a solution. While i have a little improvement with regards to sleeplesness, getting the brain to function as it used to in the past is a hurdle i'm yet to cross. You shouldnt be feeling like one who's going because u aren't sleeping. My believe then was also to work on my sleep, which i did but brain fuction remained as bad. One shouldnt be going through all this, its a punishment watching your fellow grow in life while you wasting away. Honestly its sad. The brain is just to complex to understand.

to be sincere he has no physical ailment. Just that he can't sleep and he keep saying it seems he wants 2 run mad.i think it's because he's unable to sleep because a friend told me not sleeping can make one go gaga.

that feeling has nothing to do with sleep, I used to think so too but a time came when I was able to stabilize my sleep but I still did wake up weak and feeling confused.
Some things I used helped in milding the symptoms but I want my whole brain back.

So am not alone afterall, I think my problem started some 10/12 years ago while in high school. Started feeling fogged in the brain, then sleep deprivation followed and I started having issues with brain functions. Although I look okay physically, but I'm really really sick as it also causes me physical weakness. I function at less than 20 percent capacity. I have tried both orthodox and traditional medications but still not seeing the road to recovery yet. Its a very difficult condition to treat. My condition is also believed to be spiritual but efforts to deal it spiritually hasn't really been fruitful. I'm not happy about the fact I can't utilize my brain to the fulllest, more sad that it seems there's no hope to get the brain back to its normal state. May God help us all.

@tochiphotos, I know you are trying about this but the interval between your updates is just too apart, I know this is probably due to sharing your attention with other areas of need but why not try focus on this project before someone else steals your idea and gives it the required attention. Rejuvenate this journal with new update on a regular basis (@least 2 to 3 a day) and my brother see how things will go. And i also realize you update this thread at the expense of your blog which shouldnt be so. Most times you update your blog hours after updating this thread, i dont know if same can be said about your facebook/instagram/twitter etc fans page, all this should be your utmost priority though nairaland gave you the prominence, its time to look beyond that and build your brand. you can always post on as many webpage as you like but it should never be at the detriment of your personal pages. please, look into this and make amends. The sky is your limit.
