Mine was decided on Tuesday 22, I got two mails from TLS yesterday....

Congratulations. Please have you gotten any decision mail from TLS. Mine shows decided, last updated 22nd of August on UKVI application tracking site, yet no decision mail from TLS and TLS haven't changed the status to decision made too. Please do you know how I can contact them. I did my biometrics on the 2nd of August. Thanks.

Please can you log on to your visa application page and check the status. Mine is still showing status as completed, just as it was before decision was made. I called them this morning and they told me that a decision was made on the 22nd August but I am yet to get mail from tls and the status has not changed on the tls though it has changed to DECIDED on the UKVI website. Please do help me login to your application page and check the status there. If it is completed or something else. Thanks. Below is the link.

Hello people, i have been an ardent follower on this thread and i must say that it has been a very educative experience. Here's my tier 4 visa application timeline.
Biometrics : August 3
Sheffield email: August 17
TLS decision made email: Aug 24
TLS passport ready: Aug 24
Visa granted
Visa starts 27 Aug 2017

I am going to University of Leeds too. School of Engineering. I was there last year but had to come back due to delay from my sponsor. I'm awaiting my visa extension now. Did my biometrics on 2nd August. What's your faculty? All the best. Hope to meet you there. Leeds is a beautiful city.

You said your school resumes September 20. Please are you going to University of Leeds?

I have my appointment for Monday 28 August and my sch is resuming September 20. I don't know if it is possible that it will be ready by then.

My other issue is that i don't have my Bachelor degree Certificate (my school hasn't done convocation) but i have Statement of Result. Do you know if the statement of result is accepted in place of the certificate.

Will be awaiting your response or any other person with information.

I did not pay for priority. The process was standard. Take a look at the summary below (Uk Tier 4 PBS General (sponsored) Student):

online submission: 4th July 2017
Biometrics + Documents + Interview 6th July
Received by UKVI 7th July
Sheffield mail about ECO 17th July
Sent email to UKVI (enquiry) 28th July
Escalation 4th August
Sent another email to UKVI (enquiry) 17th August
Received decision email 18th August
Received collection email 18th August
Collected my passport 21 August

Date of decision 15th August

Result: Granted.

I got exactly the same mail on the 15th of August (5days ago) and I submitted and did my biometrics on the 2nd of August. We seems to have the same timeline, the five days difference is due to our respective times of submission 2nd August and 7th August. Please keep me updated, I will do likewise.

Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.

If you have made a Settlement application (except for applications lodged in USA and Canada): you must ensure that your UK sponsor has sent all relevant supporting documentation to the UK Decision Making Centre in Sheffield. The documents should be arranged in this order: application form and relevant Appendix* (See below); English language evidence; relationship documents; maintenance documents; accommodation documents. If documents are not received a decision will be taken on the basis on the information that has been provided.

If you have already had your supporting documents scanned in at the Visa Application Centre, or if you have already sent them in to us, please ignore the request for documents.

Please note that UKVI aims to complete all Visit Visa applications within 15 working days and all Settlement Visa applications within 12 weeks of the application date. If it is not possible to complete your application within this timeframe a member of our team will contact you to explain why.

If you have paid for Priority Service, your application will be placed in front of the queue and assessed ahead of other non-priority visa applications. As indicated in the terms of service, the amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa fees, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or if the decision is delayed.

We regret that we are unable to respond to enquiries asking about the status of any application. Any status enquiry should be made to the international enquiry service, details of which are on the GOV.UK website. Staff at Embassies, visa processing centres and visa application centres cannot assist with visa enquiries. You may also wish to view the current processing times for applications made in your country.

A further email will be sent to you to confirm when your application has been assessed and dispatched. If your application was made in a Visa Application Centre, the staff there will contact you when your documents are ready – please do not attend the Centre until you are requested to do so.

I used priority last year at Ikeja and I got my visa after 4 working days but it's around October which I presume is not a peak period for them. I really don't know how priority works during July - August period.

It's already 23 working days. Have you gotten decision mail yet? If not try contacting them because it has exceeded normal visa application timeline. Secondly are you a sponsored student by government or any organization?

They probably must have decided on your application, it won't cost much to stroll to their office to find out why, your package might have been waiting for collection.

Mine changed in less than one week after submission. I don't think this means much. I applied online on 31st July, I paid for the visa on 1st August and did my interview and submission on the 2nd August. My application was received by UKVI on 4th August but no decision mail yet. It's now 7 working days.
