Good day guys Please, I have a 5 years COS but when the visa came out it was approved to last from 17th March 2023 to 18th February 2028 covering 4 years and 11 months instead of 5 years. I read that you can only apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) only when you have spent 4 years 11 months and you must apply one month or less before your current visa expires. Please, when can I apply for ILR based on my current situation because when I have one month left for my visa, I must have stayed for only 4 years 10 months. I need your advice please on when you think I can apply for ILR. |

Please guys, I need urgent help for these questions. My wife is an MSc Nursing student but she has gotten a job offer as a Health Care Assistant. The company has given her COS for visa application. She still wants to keep schooling, she will be graduating next year September. The company has no problems with her schooling and working. My questions are these: 1, We (my wife, myself and my daughter) have only lived in UK for 7 months, are we going to need proof of fund? 2. The proof of fund for the three of us is in my account, must I transfer it to my wife's account (the main applicant)? 3. Do we need need to pay IHS, since the job is in the health care sector? 4. Apart from COS, Job offer Letter, Marriage certificate, BRP, Birth certificate and Passport. Is there any other document that we may need? 5. After conversion from student to working visa, and she finally graduates next year and gets a job with NHS in the hospital, hope she can switch from NHS working visa and will they start afresh to count for us towards application for indefinite stay, since we must have spent about 18 months to 20 months already. Any other using information for switching from student visa to health care working visa will be appreciated. Please, guys we need help to these questions. |

Gloriyah:This guy wants to know if self service can be done in the comfort of his home. The answer is YES with your personal laptop or PC. |
You guys don't get it or will I say you guys did not understand this guys question. He has not applied for any student visa neither has he presented POF to UK for student visa. He wants to study but he does not have to foot his bills and pay his fees. He needs to borrow enough money for both his tuition fees and living expense (POF) in order to enable him pursue his dreams of studying in the UK. He can actually borrow this money from anywhere in the world but he wants to borrow it from UK and they are requesting for his credit report score. There is nothing wrong in what he wants to do. People do borrow money for study purposes and they pay back when they graduate and start working. This is easier for UK citizens but he is not a UK citizen. He heard that some people that are non citizens of UK has succeeded in borrowing money and financing their studies, so he wants to give it a shot. Please, let us not crucify him. NomzyJust: |

Immediately you do your online submission. They will count back 28 days from that day you submitted online and if the amount on day one, does not cover your tuition and living expenses. There will be problems, so be very careful. From day 2 to the day before you submitted online is not really their concern because the rate can go up or down which is beyond your control but you can control your online submission date. The secret is that you MUST make sure that the day you submitted online, if they count 28 days backwards from that day the money they will find on your account is sufficient for tuition and living expenses, and at the point of online submission the amount you have that day covers your tuition and living expenses according to Oanda conversion rate. Thank you. sleyflash: |
