I'm here to learn cos Im on same boat as you.. Though I didn't go for scan but I could see those big vein-like swelling on one of my ball sack so I did some research online and got to know what it is. For now, surgery is on my mind, though I'm not ready yet....

Have you been able to treat varicocele completely yet please let me know

u will have to under go surgery just to tie off those big bag of worm. U will still be seeing it after surgery.
