Maybe i need to get some sense of humor like you suggested. Anyways, praying for someone or an economy or making TV better to watch doesn't require you to go down on your knees like you have said as you do not even do that for Nigeria as a whole. Maybe you should get a bit more of sense of humor.

I beleive praying even for your family can be done by saying positive things about their accomplishment, deeds, life, events and all that is related to that thing you are praying for including saying a brief staniding, walking, running, sleeping, eating or swimming prayers.

This would however, be tagged as a FALSE NEWS as there is no such decision from the Management of Entertainment Highway Limited. HiMedia, rather is looking for a way to add excellence to value for its audience/subscirbers not to deny them of that they are currently enjoying.

Majority of the Customers "People" are naive and ignorant of what HiTv turn Hi-Media is working on. And like every other infrastructurally dissabled economy like NIGERIA, things are usually a bit difficult to sort, especially if you are thinking of satisfying over 200, 000 customer and over 200, 000. 000 people wacthing. Then you need to take one step at a time. Otherwise you are eventually going to fal in the pit that all other companies that came and fell.

Operating a vast technologically inclined company like Hi - Media requires high end equipment and not dissabled power supply, with these things wil go smoothly cos you would not have to worry about malfunction and everything can runn according to its program and how the command for it run was issued.

We hope with the latest event in Nigeria change of power things will improve in the economy as it affects productivity and sends many company packing at there early age.

Please All try as much as possible to support, endure and be patient with HITV as in due course they will be fine and stable. HiTV will not FOLD up as advised by one of the writers.

The bad pix, is as a result of the production of the Nollywood production level our actors, actress and pruducers have not improved on there pix quality.

The repeatition of old movies is an attribut of all pay Tv companys "even dstv" does repeat. Its just they (dstv) have what we call Quality Booster running on there plattform so it looks new any time u watch an old movie.

Content, to all content provider is an enormous thing that they will always do with. i.e. check out Zone Reality, Ci, Africa Magic, Hallmark and so many other channels on DSTV they all have content issue that is why they repeat.

So please bear with HITV.

I think we should give HITV/EHL/HI-MEDIA some time since we all are aware of the fact that its a new brand and she deserves to be tolerated.
HITV/EHL is working very hard to bringing to the homes of Nigerians great viewing experience and classical contents. This is also a technological based company and you are well aware that HITV is proudly Nigeria, recruits only Nigerians, Operates in Nigeria and moreso some of the equipment used gets a lot of scrutiny before importing if HITV/EHL has to. Which means some of the equipments are locally made.

Considering the terrain HITV/EHL operates in (NAIJA) then we would say that SHE has achieved (No Power, NO Water, NO Government) As we all no constant and stable elctricity gives an avenue for growth to indegenous company's, good governance also is a key factor in the growth of a company by protecting the right of the individual and the company against reep offs, overcharging of taxes, ilegal tax inasion et all.

Please let us tolerate HITV/EHL some more and you would be shocked at the progress.

This is what EHL/HITV is driving channels cut across all regions either by way of language, ethnicity, culture, tradition or accessibility. TVC you would agree with me is much more valuable to those outside of Lagos who only sees NTA Makurdi or NTA Jos without the proper entertainment feel you derive from viewing.

This is ranging from the creation of a Retention Group who tries to reach out to customers either by way of calling them or sending them e-mails provided we have there information in our database. We are currently doing a test on the Recharge PINS facility to further relief the anguish of our customers while trying to make payment and there cards are not getting signal due to one reason or the other. GTV liquidated not because they do not have what it takes to do the business in terms of cash flow and manpower but what i think they lack is been customer centric and also realising the fact that customers keep you in this kind of business. You can only make good if you treat your customers well.

Please be informed that going forward more channels with more Audio and Video quality would be enjoyed. This is a result of the fact that GTV (Freq. 12130) has folded up and te satellite is practically free for more channel upload and picture quality improvement.

This has some people posted has commented is not a typically Nigerian Reap Off. EHL (Entertainment Highway Limited) parent company of HITV is doing all that it takes for her highly esteemed customers to enjoy the services been paid for.

Comparing Nitel to HITV been our own is a waste of time as Nitel was grossly mismanaged because there weren't stakes but @ EHL/HITV every staff member (Board, CEO, Coo's, Managers, , Cleaners) are all stakeholders and would do anything to build a world class organization that EHL.

EHL is exploring all other possibility as mode of subscription payment to ease all our customers there pain even though the recently launched platform MagnaQuest is functioning effectively well as subscriber 70% are now eased.

It comes with a lot of sabotage especially in this part of the world where innovation beats ideas but one thing you should have in mind is the basis on which a company was established.
