Please, do you think herbs can shrink these fibroids?
Though have been to LUTH to see a gynea, and have been following up, and opted for a surgery, but since the doctor said they aren't big, but are many, and are located at the muscles not the lining. I'm just thinking if I can still use herbs before going for the surgery, although I have not been booked.

The bara you bought might not be matured for use yet or they gave you tagiri instead of bara. What you need is a matured and bitter Bara.

this worked for me.
Get Bara ( bitter melon) from the women selling raw herbs in the market, tell them to give you the very bitter one. Wash and cut open and remove the seeds. Then get Aidan (prekese) like 3 sticks, rinse and break. Go ahead and put the Bara and prekese into a small bucket with cover get original palmwine and soak the above mentioned. Let it ferment for 24hrs then start taking 2 shots everyday on an empty stomach let your hubby join you in taking too. Take from one day to your period, take for 5 days then stop. P.s it causes stomach upset and extreme stooling but it works wonders.

@Gratefulheart, I have soaked the bara and aidan with palmwine but it is not bitter. It has been soaked for three days yet it is not bitter. I don't know if It's like that or is the bara that is not bitter. Thanks ma!

I saw a post on Facebook where the person said she chewed garlic because of blighted ovum. Though she used other things for a different case but she made mentioned of garlic for blighted ovum. You can give it a trial.

The chia seed and the likes can also be preserved in the fridge, but make sure you renew after 3days or you can blend everyday if you want it fresh.
You can go for another scan after 3months to know if it's working or not.

i was able to get just the Ginger Tea. seems the places i went to , they have no ideal of other items. pls ma, can you describe those selling the organic chia seeds and the rest? Thanks

Pap water can be gotten from those selling pap, and bara(bitter melon seed) ask those selling herbs. Cut the bara into pieces (adding the seed is optional), add the pap water and boil for 20-30mins, allow it to cool before taking it. Half glass cup before meal in the morning and after meal in the evening. Note: Bara purges, reason I said you should take half glass cup for a start.
You can get the chia seed and co from the supermarket or those selling ginger, garlic and co.
I don't know your location, I would have said to get it here and waybill it to you.

Calm down, you need a Gyneacologist to at least confirm it can hinder conception because of its positioning don't just jump to surgery. People get pregnant with it.

Ma, I can't just jump for surgery laidat, I know I need to see a gynecologist. Just want people to enlighten me more on it because after avoiding some food, I don't seem to understand why the stuff is now three and big in size.

When I did the scan January of this year, the scan says it is one, and since then I have avoided junks, red meat, sugary stuff, I do take rice(I learnt one should avoid rice too) once a week with veg, beans, potato, fish, semo and yam flour. Now, I went for another scan on Saturday, it says 3(I'm just depressed).

Though, I'm yet to see a gynecologist because I'm yet to get a good one but the first place I did the scan said it can affect conception, the second one said it can't (which one will I believe). My husband isn't around and but plans to come home before end of this year and I don't want to take chances(you understand na �).
This is the only place I think I can pour my heart because I don't have friends except God

Please, mummies in the house, I need sincere answers. Those that have gone for fibriod surgery, how was the the feeling? I got married last year and it was discovered I have fibriod, and my parents suggested I go for the surgery.
Sincerely, I'm scared of this journey. Though, I believe in God but you know as human many thoughts are just running through my mind. I just need someone to hold my hands and say it is well.
Note: if there's anything that I can use to shrink it without affecting my womb and health, I don't mind.
