Nigerians Voted Tinubu In As President, Will Do Same In 2027 -- APC Nat'l Chair
@channelstv

The Bible says "surely they shall gather but it shall not be of me". It says "whomsoever gathers against thee shall be scattered for thy sake!". A massive Tsunami awaits those that seek to remove @officialABAT from office in 2027.

They will be blown away by the East Wind of destruction & their lofty dreams & vain ambitions shall melt away like an iceberg approaching the tropics.

The Sword of the Lord shall cut them down and the Lord of Hosts shall dash them to pieces! Nothing can stop the wind of reformation and change that is blowing through our great country! Nothing can prevent the Finger of God from achieving His purpose!

Nothing can stop us from getting to the Promised Land! The Renewed Hope agenda is here to stay and shall reach its full manifestation by 2031. To God be the glory: there is no turning back!

Yes! Even the Holy Scriptures said; "The poor will never cease from the land" as all fingers including economic opportunities are not equal. However, these band of sensational failures have retrograde amnesia.

Every indices of economic, humanitarian, and global development have taken an abysmal nosedive under their watch due to their lack of foresight. However, they are always quick to justify failure with overt glorification of same and self worship while living far from reality cocooned in grandiosity and hallucinatory delusion.

Never seen a worst set of liars & propagandists ever as this band. So shameless and remorseless. It is only God that will surely punish all these people for always daring to insult the intelligence and sensibility of the battered, beleaguered and distressed citizens of this nation that are suffering from the gross cluelessness, incompetency and ineptitude of the successive APC governments.

"Nigerians Have Been Hungry Since 1960, You Can't Judge Us By That" - Tinubu Presidency To Critics:
On Monday, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, expressed concern over the level of hunger among Nigerians. Daniel Bwala, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on policy communication has claimed that the ongoing hardship is not unique to the present administration and should not be used as a "political weapon" against the government.

Bwala was reacting to comments by Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice-President, during his appearance on TVC, adding that Nigerians had been hungry since independence in 1960.

"The most fundamental thing is the issue he (Atiku) has raised. Does he have a valid point? He does not because the data suggests otherwise,” Bwala said.

"What do you expect them to do other than to try their best to see how they can demarcate the government in order to create the buzz around what they do,” he added. “He said we are creating hunger. Is he blinded or doesn’t he hear the fact of the progress we’ve made? For example, we have increased foreign reserves.

“Our net export has increased. We have less dependency on imports. We have created a structure that has stabilised the economy.

“He won’t talk about that. He won’t talk about the Caesarean Session we provided in all the hospitals in Nigeria — how the people don’t have to suffer.

“He doesn’t talk about that. He doesn’t talk about the NELFUND we have provided. He should be able to speak and say whether it’s working or not.”

Bwala accused opposition figures of shifting narratives after being proved wrong on economic policy. “They started first by saying our economic model is wrong. Now, after two years, we’ve been able to prove them otherwise. They are dog whistling for civil unrest,” he said.

"This rhetoric of Nigerians are hungry; we have to be able to grow out of it. Nigerians were hungry in 1960, hungry in 1980, hungry in 1990, hungry in 1999. It was between 1999 to 2003 that somebody sang ‘Nigeria Jaga Jaga’. You mean he sang in abstract?” Bwala asked.

“There has never been a time in which there is no one problem or the other as far as the Nigerian people is concerned. But judge the metrics. “Judge us not by the rhetoric of Nigerians are hungry. Judge us by the dynamics of what we’re putting in place and whether it’s working.”

On Monday, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, expressed concern over the level of hunger among Nigerians.

In statement issued by his Media Adviser, Paul Ibe, the former Vice President, said the hardship in the country was pushing the poor to the brink, with no clear evidence that the government had solutions.

“At this time, there are no manifest signs that this government is capable of addressing the grim issue of severe hunger staring the poor in the face after two years in power,” Atiku had said.

PoliticsLagos Assembly Demands Withdrawal Of Appointments, Summons HOS by Racoon(op): 7:33am On Sep 17, 2025
In a stern move to assert its constitutional authority, the Lagos State House of Assembly has ordered Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to direct the Head of Service, Bode Agoro, to withdraw the appointment letters of several agency heads who began their roles without legislative confirmation.

The directive was issued during a plenary session where lawmakers expressed their frustration over the executive’s repeated disregard for due process.

The Assembly has also instructed the State Accountant General to immediately cease the payment of salaries and allowances to the affected appointees

Furthermore, it has summoned the Head of Service to appear before the House to explain why these individuals were permitted to assume their duties without the required statutory approval.

The Speaker, Dr. Mudashiru Obasa, described the issue as a recurring matter that disrespects the legislative arm of government.
“It is unnecessary for the Head of Service to continue to ignore the directive of the House of Assembly.

“The House allocates funds to these agencies, yet their heads treat the Assembly with disrespect,” he said.

The lawmakers argued that bypassing the confirmation process undermines the principle of separation of powers. They cited Sections 126 and 198 of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), which mandate that the legislature must confirm certain public officers appointed by the executive.

The House’s resolution stands as a firm reminder that all branches of government must adhere to the rule of law and respect established checks and balances.

“Stop the Boats” and “Send them Home”
Britain is sending back the hapless citizens of nations destroyed in collaboration with their stooge leaders but allowing the same corrupt leaders like Buhari, Tinubu etc to enjoy the best life can offer in their country?

This is grossly unfair. Send the useless African and Asian leaders back instead, stop them from making your country their loots-securing safe haven and blacklist them from coming in.

Foreign AffairsOver 100,000 People Join Anti-immigration, Anti-racism Protests In London by Racoon(op): 6:28am On Sep 17, 2025
More than 100,000 people took to the streets of central London on Saturday for a rally led by the anti-immigrant and anti-Islam activist Tommy Robinson.

The BBC reports that the demonstration, billed as the ‘Unite the Kingdom’ march, saw crowds gather south of the River Thames before heading towards Westminster.

By midday, the streets around Waterloo were filled with union jacks, St George’s crosses, Scottish saltires and Welsh flags.

Some demonstrators also waved American and Israeli flags, while others wore “Make America Great Again” hats in support of US President Donald Trump.

Placards carried slogans such as “Stop the Boats”, “Send them Home” and “Unite the Kingdom”, alongside banners from anti-transgender activists.

Recently, Britain has witnessed protests trying to block hotels from housing asylum seekers.

One protester carried a large wooden cross with “RIP Charlie Kirk” inscribed on it, referring to the US activist killed in a sniper attack on Wednesday while speaking at a Utah university. Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, described the march as a celebration of free speech and a tribute to Kirk.

A stage was set up in Whitehall, where speeches were delivered by figures including Steve Bannon, Trump’s former strategist. Bands also played songs referencing “freedom” and Robinson himself.

COUNTER PROTEST
Meanwhile, thousands also joined a counter-protest by anti-racism campaigners dubbed “March Against Fascism”, organised by Stand Up To Racism (SUTR).

Demonstrators held placards reading “Women Against the Far Right”, “Oppose Tommy Robinson”, and “Refugees Welcome”.

The two groups of demonstrators were divided by a line of police officers.

POLICE DEPLOY HEAVY PRESENCE
The Metropolitan Police said more than 1,600 officers were deployed across London, including 500 borrowed from other forces in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Devon and Cornwall.

The police said barriers were set up to create a “sterile area” between the two groups of protesters.

It also added that some officers had been “attacked with projectiles” and used force to prevent breaches of security cordons.

Clair Haynes, who is leading the policing operation, said officers were prepared to act “without fear or favour”.

“We will approach them as we do any other protests, policing without fear or favour, ensuring people can exercise their lawful rights but being robust in dealing with incidents or offences should they occur,” Haynes said.

“Officers will take a firm line on behaviour that is discriminatory or that crosses the line from protest into hate crime.”

The force said it had chosen not to deploy live facial recognition technology but acknowledged “particular concerns” within Muslim communities.

It cited a “record of anti-Muslim rhetoric and incidents of offensive chanting by a minority at previous marches”. Haynes urged London’s Muslim residents not to alter their plans or avoid central London.
