Pls boss, how do I go about getting this 11k euros just show! I don’t mind paying!

If it's for the opportunity card. I will advised you use the other option of a part time job as stated on the requirement. You can use restaurant employment contract or any job as stated.

Hello all, How long is the visa application process
for Ausbildung programs? I don’t see a lot of people talk
about it here. Is there any reason to that?
It's the best to do if you want to easily get a job after studies. Its usually fast I have not done it but know people who switch to it when they arrived. Go for it, if you plan to jakpa from Germany and use your education go for university study

Hello everyone, is it possible to switch from job seekers visa to student visa in Germany? Also is German entrepreneurial visa issued to Nigerians?
Yes it's 100 percent possible

Apply for job on steps tone.de you might not even have to use opportunity card even while you are on it ur job can be ready. To prove language proficiency u need toefl or ielt or Germans proficiency test as stated in the requirement. No prove 4 years of experience is asked. You can just state it and proven with your first employment letter and state you have been active ever since. As a tech guy everything is easy. Just stick to the requirements and provide only what is asked.
ihavesense:

Hello bro, I am a software developer. Been waiting for this chancenkarte since last year. In fact, I shunned UK MSC last year because I have hope on this Opportunity Card AKA Chancenkarte.
I have a few questions though.

How do I prove my years of experience? Will my employment letter and pay slips suffice? I can’t ask my current employer to provide me with any form of letter because I don’t intend telling them that I am leaving until my visa is sure.

Can I use a letter of proficiency in English language from my university as certificate of English language just like the German universities accept.

Anyone can respond to this please.

Hello.

What if one's job isn't among bottle neck professions e.g Finance jobs. Can one still go directly without student route?

Also, with IT or Finance skills, are entry level accepted or one has to have vast years of experience?

Yes if she pays the 3000euros she gets the final letter then she can use it.
Cindino20:

okay. great advise and thanks to you and @Radianceprince

she actually now has an admission from a private uni to do MBA while waiting for other schools but the private Uni didnt issue any admission letter just some contract until she pays 3000 euros. do you think such contract can be used for interview?
Travel / Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by Radianceprince(m): 12:14pm On Mar 19
Get her a language school admission that states she will do it from A1-C1 for DSH exam. She can use it for her visa when she come here she will change when she gets admission or after she gets b1/b1 proficiency she can start ausbildung. There is one school that is tested and trusted I can recommend. Are u in Nrw.
Cindino20:
Hi Everyone,

It's great to see that the thread and community are still active since 2013, when I first joined before moving to DE in 2014.

I have a question regarding my sister's situation. She was admitted to Jena in 2022, but due to the backlog at the consulate in Lagos, she couldn't make it here on time for her matriculation, and the school refused to defer her admission.

Just this week, the consulate sent her an appointment for the second week of April, but currently, she doesn't have any admission. She's currently trying to apply to some schools, but I doubt schools will be able to process applications and send feedback before the interview date.

Does anyone here have a similar experience or know someone who has faced a similar situation? How did they handle it? If you have any recommendations on how to handle the situation, please share your tips.

thank you very much in advance.

Sincerely,

Cindino

There is nothing you can do. When is the deadline if it in 2-3 weeks you still have hope since 5 weeks has elapsed. If you get your visa u can till travel even if they derol you. You will still be able to pass immigration. When you get to the school they will enroll you back. If your visa is valid for 6 months u will still have time to enroll elsewhere

Please I would really appreciate a response on this 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I just read again that you are no longer valid in the system no issues come to Germany and seek asylum you will be 200% better they will pay for everything for u education and living cost, if you get to Germany dm me I will show u heads up come to Essen I can take you to bochum reception center to register, people who enjoy the integration process are asylum seekers the system carefor them a whole lot. if you are in venlo is not so far. quote author=Radianceprince post=128824383]

If your permit is still valid just apply to a language school in Germany. Apply to astas bochum u will pay 337 euro for them to issue the main letter for embassy this will happen under 1 week(next class is in may tell tem u want to study A1-C1) or studienkellog bochum( no down payment (Google it) get Verpflichtungserklärung(appeal to people here u can get helped. A lot of people here are already stable in Germany, you can enter the train and come to German loiter around you will get lots of help for SL, it depends on your grace.)from someone in Germany. apply at the embassy in Netherlands while they are processing your application you move to German and start your classes. When you are proficient write exam for B1or B2 and start ausbildung. I know someone that it worked for from Italy. If you don't have enough time do anything possible with immigration show them any information from your sponsor to buy time for like 8weeks then you will be good. If all the above is not an option move to Germany and seek asylum. Tell them ur sponsor is kaput and the people that kaput him are after u, so u don't wnt to be kaput. They will grant you stay 100% because they like prove and you have enough prove they will correspond with Netherlands and discovery u said the truth, normally they prefer you to seek help at the first counry of entry. Since you have an immigration order for exist that justify why you are seeking in germany. 😁 While you are been processed you will start working and earn a living 100% (if you decide to go home afterwards you will have enough savings to go home and process English speaking country visa like America. If you are leaving voluntary back to your country after seeking asylum you will be given 5000euros to start your live and they will buy you ticket. Is a win win situation ) many options if you have a child or get married to anyone that is valid in the system u are able to stay back automatically as well. Germany needs lots of people they are desperate now. Don't give up

do not quote me unneccesary, its funny how you quickly quote justwise i believe you are new on nairaland persons like me hv been here since inception of nairaland, nothing has been said about SL that is alarming or new to Consular, Everything about SL or how people go about it is know by the germans. Here in Deutschland is known how people go about it. Germans are one of the most noisy people in the world they pay attend to every details and know every details. Thats why they explain the implication of doing SL for someone, to integrate is difficult so if you want to jeopardize things they dont care.
Hannania:
You need to be banned for this. Stop asking for sponsorship letter on a public platform and jorpadize the chances of others

A Village offer you more opportunity because less competition and peace of mind if u hv family to keep you company its cool
djlaqua91:

If you fall into category-B, better to seek alternatives as you also run the German admission. To be safe. You can find opportunities almost anywhere in life, but I meant a city of 200k or 3million will definitely offer more to you than a village town of 50k inhabitants.

Also admissions can be deferred if visa interview dates are an issue. When the time arises, you can tell the school to present you a new/current admission letter.

IF YOU HAVE A SPONSOR FOR SL LET ME KNOW FOR THIS MONTH OF MARCH

let me add to the response. i will not advise austria because u can spend on the process and not get admission. they can say u shd renew ur special entrance letter or eligibility letter
Hannania:
Here's the process for Austria:

- Authenticate your documents at MOE
- Apply for a date at the Austrian Embassy for verification of your authenticated Documents(200k fixed price)

- When the verification is done, you'd be called to legalize your documents. This cost €80 per document. If you're going for masters, please legalize just transcripts, BSC certificate and WAEC. Some please do for all which will cost more.

- When you have your documents legalized, you can now apply for schools which is easy.

- With your admission ready, you'll send the embassy an email for visa appointment which takes only 3 weeks.

Now lets do a sample calculation, The authentication at MOE will cost you around 20 - 30k plus the 200k for verification, and then the current exchange rate used at the Austrian Embassy for Euros is 121k for €80. For 3 documents, that's 360k. Total will be roughly 600k.

Go ahead and think about semester fee, residence permit fee, accomodation, and finally flight. The rough part is the verification and legalization.

This is not entirely right, please confirm information before assuring people. I would like to correct that you cannot use "any person" as a sponsor. There are requirements the person has to meet and this is available per city (I am very aware of the Munich restrictions because I tried to sponsor my friend here). The salary restriction was not an issue for me, but the KVR guy had to explain they can't allow me sponsor her because of the duration of my residence permit. I have a blue card which is valid for four years and is even longer than the program she wants to study which is a 3-year program. He said I need a permit that is valid for at least five years to qualify to sponsor someone for long-stay. This means I need a PR at least from the best of my knowledge because blue card is still the longest temporary visa I know of here (4 years validity). I would like to also clarify that she is already here in Germany self, but in renewing her student permit for a new program she needed to show proof of funds. We got another close person to us who already has citizenship here to help with the sponsorship.
pls Do you still hv someone that can help for a fee

Hello everyone,
I have come again cheesy it's been a long time.
I finally got admitted to study Masters in Data and Computer Science in Universität Heidelberg but there's a little hassle for me: I would like to defer my admission to winter semester instead of the summer semester they asked me to resume for in April. Is anyone familiar with that?

This would be the best for me because I have some loose ends to tie up. I already work full-time in Germany (Blue Card) and I am just trying to sort some stuff out here then find a place in Heidelberg to make a smooth transition.

no need to defer your admission, because your application information already says you reside in germany, it can be hard to have sufficient reason. assuming you are already enrolled its easy, just enroll pay semester fee dont take any course or check the one that is entirely online and take it. you have a maximum of 5 years to complete your studies.

Do you have good programming skill, if yes no need to school is waste of time. even if you dont and your filed of study is in the bottle neck profession you can still come here without stress and work. a degree in computer science makes it easy

I have a series of Questions if I may….
1. How long does it normally take.
2. Do you advise I go do residency in Cameroon (if so how much time does it take).
Travel / Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by Radianceprince(m): 6:16am On Mar 05
no is the answer because your official stay is less than six month except you can say you have being living there and your current permit is the renew one. Germans always find out the truth themselves.
heeedreeez:

Thanks for the answer. What of in a case where the person has resident permit valid for 1 year and he received the permit in February. However, he got an appointment date for April, can the person still go ahead to attend the interview? Knowing fully well that he has held the permit only for two months before the interview?
