Thanks a bunch. I called 444, the customer care guy told me I had a 4g SIM but it wasn't active, that he was going to inform their engineers to work on it b4 close of business today. Long & short, I'm on the blazing Glo 4g network with my umidigi one device. Thanks again to everyone who assisted me.
