If you are trying to seek validation for TB Joshua under Old Testament, I am sorry there is none. Being born again from the womb is not taught by Old Testament. In fact there is no born again in the Old Testament and remission of sins is by periodic blood sacrifice. So TB Joshua does not qualify as an Old Testament prophet.

And if you have sound understanding of the scriptures and Christianity, you would know that after Christ came, there was no need for Old Testament prophets again.

What's wrong in sending condolence to a family who just lost a loved one. We can't even put religious differences aside and support each other in difficult times. Even, our muslims brethen understood humanity better, they sent condolence and prayed for Pastor Adeboye during his difficult time.
