Those kedi machine can't see condition of your tubes. Just as Pelvic scan can not detect blocked tubes.
Keep doing whatever you are doing to unblock them. The surgery(laparoscopy) is a diagnostic surgery and not a cure to blockage. You can google and find out more.

Please assist me with what I can do? I was diagnosed with bilateral tubal blockage (both fallopian tubes blocked) during my first HSG and after that, I went to a teaching hospital where I was given an appointment to come for laparascopy test after about four months (still waiting for that), I did another test with Kedi (N2,000) and they said I didn't have any blockage nor do I have any issues. Dear experienced mothers, what do you suggest? I'm confused right now.

Should I go on to do laparascopy or wait?
What other methods can I try?
