They're the ones who doesn't sell their old note and keep paying to customers even before the polity was this hot.

Early January, I was able to make withdrawal of New notes from their ATM in Oshogbo, first and only new notes withdrawal.

I've never been able to in ANY bank again since my departure from the area

Since banks started giving out new notes I mean this particular branch has been dispensing cash non stop

If its dispensing new notes then I see no problem here.
Its 20k limit which can be withdrawn at once or twice.

My problem is that the arms should be loaded with more of 100,200 and 500 notes.

How will one withdraw 1k new notes ,go buy something and get old 500 and 200 notes because they are no where to be seen.

The only ATM dispensing 200 naira note is fidelity in ikom
UBA and Eco bank dispenses a little amount of 500 naira notes others strictly 1k notes
