I was confused as well, but I saw a news yesterday where someone that understands how these long range missiles work, explained everything. The precision-target missile was launched from the gulf of guinea (some several kilometres from the deep shores of sea in lagos), and followed a straight path to the hit site in Sokoto, about a thousand kilometres journey. The missile had to shed its fuel tanks along the way for it to continue maintaining the trajectory with a high speed. Offa and a town in Sokoto happened to be the two locations where these tanks were shed.

And what if he's doing it to gain expertise in livestock husbandry and business? If some of these celebrities tell U where their passion or interest is, U will be shocked. It might be a long time dream to own a lucrative and thriving goat farm one day, and this is a step to actualize that dream. We never can tell. Here in Nigeria, during my IT days in school, there was a permanent secretary that do come to the place as a worker on weekends to join the farm worker in doing the job, he's learning the ropes in a bid to establish his own farm later in the future. U need to see the passion in this man towards pig farming.
