I discovered nairaland 2015 during my school days a friend use to laugh at comments and also he was very current about latest news and he suggests I should follow and see I did and I mostly enjoy their comments and it is a very helpful site. How did you come about nairaland?

Hmmmm... First you have to know that forex is very risky. You can lose your money within a sec... So think, not twice but thrice about it before stepping into it.... To your questions...
1. You can visit babypips, learntotradethemarket.... Just type it on Google.... Fxkeys as well is good. To have ideas and knowledge about it... Forex articles is also good to read as well.....
2. Are you patient?...... Forex can't turn you into a millionaire or billionaire within a few days or months and years. Not that it can't make you rich, it can... But it is easier for a camel or an elephant to pass through an eye of a needle than to turn to a millionaire in forex overnight.
3. It depends on how much you gat.... How much you can loose without shedding a tear or complaining. You can start with $5 or $1000...it depends as long as you won't feel any pain in losing it.
4. "get rich quick with forex trading secrets.",.."forex holy grail software"... " never lose a dime in forex trading with this new strategy or software".. "turn $100 into $500,000 within a month in forex"... " I will teach you forex without no loss",.... Those are few words used by scammers....
4. Your laptop or phone, mt4 application from play store... Forexfacory app for Callender news.. And some other apps and software you can find on play store or some sites...
Advice again, to enjoy forex, do a demo trading and join a community of forex traders for tips and methods.. Forex factory is also very good for finding strategies.... I wanna talk more but I think that's is enough.. Ladies are also into it cos I've met some....

'For'eign 'Ex'change (Forex) is a global market that helps you buy and sell currency, you earn by buying a currency when it's low and selling it when it's high.

The rationale behind earning in forex trading is this, assuming you traveled in from the united states to nigeria upon you arrival you have $2000 which would be what you'll use for your expenditure for all the time you spend in nigeria, and remember you'll have to change that amount into naira for you to make use of it so you went to the exchange booth at the airport and exchanged the $2000 you have to naira at the exchange rate of $1=350 (It's just an example if you want to fund your account right now in forex it's $1=445).

After the exchange the cashier would give you 700,000naira ($2000 x 350).

Now after you've visited your family, friends and aquintance bla bla bla you had a change of 400,000naira remianing out of the 700,000 you got upon your arrival after your exchange of the $2k you came with...hope you're getting me?

Now you want to go back to America and with that change of 400k you have having spent 300k in nigeria (700k that is your initial money - 400k change = 300k spent) you headed to the exchange booth at the airport before your departure and then you found out that the naira has appreciated and is now $1=200naira so you gave the cashier your change of 400k and with the current exchange rate gives you back $2000 (400,000/200).

Hope you recall that's you came into nigeria with $2000 and then after an expenditure of 300k you are given back your same amount.

So in forex, you earn by buying a currency when it's low (depreciated) and selling it when it's high (appreciate).

But, it's not that easy as i said o, it involves alot of technical analysis and so on but i'll advise you learn binary option it's a kind of forex trading too, i can teach you that in few day and still mentor you till you earn big from it.
