Straight the the point I have not been feeling good about myself lately but I don't know why maybe little kind of loss of hope and hardship since npower stop paying I don't know an I have already quit my job. Am not feeling good at all.

I am freaking out about this, My boss asked me out on a date which I think is innapropriate but I love my job and i was looking for a loooong time before i found it so I will be damned if i give up.

I was very kind and told him there is zero interest here so i wouldnt want to waste his time. He told me I should quit the job or accept him and he will increase my salary.

I told him to give me a week to think about it.

Welcome to the club, u have insomnia and it's a common problem among youths. There are multiple causes, ranging from lifestyle, stress, anxiety, poor sleeping habits, and even use of agents like caffiene and probably nicotine and alcohol. Treatment should be geared towards lifestyle changes, exersice, and developing good sleeping habits, sedatives could be used as prescribed by ur doctor.
