sports 24 will never work on 4950. Strong use new tricks to sell there new model decoders. Just sell the 4950 and get the 4957. I am interested to buy the 4950 half the cost price.

It is worthy to note that as of the release of the most recent software upgrade, Strong srt4953 HD has been dropped.

Goodday,i'm using 2.4m dish in yenagoa,i've used 3800[v]20000 to track it i got other channels like BT SPORTS,SKYSPORT,TCHAD e.t.c but 4132[v]30000 refuses to pop up which is for sp24.How can i go about the tracking? Is it the Lnb or what?

It is possible to lock on TP 4095v\ 30000 NSS12 @57°e; use a 17°K LNB or higher @2 O'clock Skew. Original LNBs include SuperMax vh777, Strong & StarGold.
The trick lies in the di-electric plate which should not exceed 35mm and is to be placed in a vertical position. I usually make my own di-electric plates from floor tiles [5mm].
