@spyder880. Thanks for that summary.No matter what u wanted to build as an investor, the key piont is the location of the land. this will determine the type of building.(face me i face u.blocks of flats,duplex or bungalows)

That house was there from the beginning. That was the first house I built in that compound, built for my workers before I decided to build the duplex there also. My block maker, a mason and my carpenter lives in 2 rooms each.

Waooo , this is a very good lesson to learn, apart from delivery on time , they also act like a security man for you too, becuase of all those planks and wood left behind, no thief fit come there for night.

I dont think there is any private business in this forum, in this forum opened by @spyder880 and @barbus, alot has been learned and alot of question where asked and alot have been answered, and alot of readers were satisfied.
