@ bugmenot, there is no chance of anybody reclaiming any land I inspected to be genuine in Enugu. Actually issues like these are very rare as none of the lands I bought for myself or helped others buy was ever tampered with. I still have lands which I bought in 1999 not fenced till today and nobody is bothering me. Those family members here are not that bad. Sold means sold here.

@Rastaman20, that wood is the 'agba gum' the saw mill cut version of it. The ones cut locally are not as wide in width as these ones I bought. This wood is stronger than some decking woods.
