Sorry I came back to this thread late.
The business is ok though each business has its peculiar challenges but it's ok.

Yes I built the last machine september last year. I think that will be the last. The business is slow during the rainy season and that is very understandable so I am eagerly waiting for the the dry season so that things can pick up.

Time will tell where all these will end

You see that number 20021B12A, try rubbing it off with your finger as if you want to clean it off, if it starts cleaning off, it's not original, again check that it is from Japan. The original will have bright red color like blood and will have small star bubbles on the side of the funnel when being poured inside.

WS gear oil has both Japan & korea and possibly fake but the original Japan as shown I'm that pix is the original. The price is in the range of 25k

Check the level of moist around your apartment. Constant water around leads to infestation of things like that. Is there a running tap constantly pouring on the ground near your room, are people washing cars everymorning near your room or a gutter permeating water close by? Any of the above might be the reason.

Another thing may be if your apartment is located near a canal or big water channel.
