before driving at an hasty conclusion, you could have taken time to identify the differences. 2nd term and 5th term does that make any significant difference? did they protest 2nd ND 3rd term? maybe a little murmur for 4th term if any.

u apply with your call up letter and present your original certificate during clearance. u can apply this year
