sounds good since you are around where the project is , but how can you bring down those pillars ?did you notice other errors from the pics ? can you point them ?
For the pillars a briclayers hammer would do the job.

Looking at the building, whoever built it should have made sure the building is higher than the Natural Ground level & not on the same level.

not really. I left delta for trans amadi in Porthacourt around 1pm in the afternoon. Should be back to ughelli tomorrow or next.

Jokes apart. The difference between my project and yours is this.

The house was built to this current stage and abandoned in 2012.While your building should be a year old or less.

20tonne granite. = N85k max
payloader 170k perday
kerb stones would depend largely on design. N2k/metre
BOREHOLE = 150K - 180k
