Started work on our slab.

Materials for pile cap.

Pile cap and reinforcement.

Pilling cost - 10m without pile cap.

Cutting off pile head & pile integrity test.

Reinforcement for pile.

Pile foundation . With 12 meter depth and 450mm diameter was done.

After 55 trips of filling sand.

Spent N6.2m on filling

How we met the land at IKOTA.

We started project July, we are currently at ground floor stage with pile foundation done, would be showing construction process from foundation till date.

5bedroom duplex + pent

budget N33m with raft foundation. Would cost slightly lesser on dry land.
