Their strong tie are their kids, stable job or business.
Only your mum and dad should reapply. If it is your uncle sponsoring them, they have to get all informations from him, how he got to USA, how long he has bin staying there, when last they av seen each others, what he does in USA etc.

They are 66yrs and 54yrs
Dad own a real estate company and make good amount of money monthly and mom have a beverages store.
3 kids but travelling with 2
Dad wants to sponsor but uncle said he wouldn't mind sponsoring too but for now dad is the sponsor
He won a visa lottery 18 years ago and he works with a reputable company with good pay in the US. They have all the necessary information which they went with to the interview but the VO didn't check any of the document except their passports.
This February when he came home and he is presently in Nigeria.

Thanks so much for your advice, how can they provide new evidence of strong ties? Do you mean mom and dad should reapply and provide strong evidence? I don't really understand that part please. My uncle said maybe they can tell him what they need to do for the visa to be granted.

The whole family is been invited for summer by y uncle. To me it looks some how. Who will be their tie bk home? Not only that, they are four pple that one person want to host,even with his good job, USA no care and they will also think that y siblings might not come bk.
Why not your dad and mum apply first.


It is not possible for your uncle to go to the embassy and talk to them. He should not waste his flight ticket. The decision av been made by the VO.
Note that, if u book appointment for him, he has to pay to enable him pick available date. Why must u book appointment for him? He is not applying for visa now. If y uncle insist, tell him to call the embassy and table his issue. The thing I will advice u is that only y mum and dad should reapply again, then when they go and come bk y siblings can now apply. Parckage your parent well for next interview.

He won a visa lottery long time ago and he has a good paying job over there but the visa was refused based on 214b, my uncle just ask me to book him appointment so that he can go into the embassy in Abuja to talk to them because he is presently in Nigeria and he plan to go back to the US the same time with my family ( Dad, mom and 2 siblings). He gave all his document for them to go with during the interview but the VO didn't check any of the document he provided than their passport. Please house i would like to know if this is possible before he spent money for flight to abuja because no available date in lagos for U.S citizen service but there is one in Abuja which i already chose for him.

I would really appreciate everyones advice. Thanks!

I had a similar issue recently. Mine was 2010/11 though. The steering lock had to be changed. Cost abt N150k. Location Abuja.

Let's start with the basis. Check fuses first to start with and ensure you do not have a broken fuse. That's what the steering lock module looks like

Note: yours might differ on a 2013 Benz c300

Thanks for your help, you are right because my c300 seems to be more full option that most 2013 model have seen around, it's actually from Canada. My main concern is that the problem is not showing on the dashboard which is very strange to me. I'm thinking fuse too but what do I know when am not a Benz Mechanic but with your help I think I can check through the steps before giving it out for repair. I actually don't mind the repair as long as what the mechanic is doing is right. Once more thanks, I really appreciate your help.

The fix won't come cheap. I do not have any idea of the price. Best is to have it fixed by a professional. Steering lock would need to be resyncronize after fixing a new one. Where is the location of this ride

Your mechanic is a Learner. Steering lock has failed. You need to have it changed and after that relearned back with its control unit. You are lucky in some cases car wouldn't even start. Was that the only fault error you had when scanned?

Yes that was the only fault error concerning the steering, others were the ac and the front light which has been fixed but hasn't been cleared from the record. Do you mean I have to change the steering lock? Do you have any idea of how much it would cost? Plz advice on what to do so I won't have to pay free money. Thanks for the reply!

My C300 4matic 2013 Benz steering is hard to steer, I just park the car and within 20mins when I was going out I start the the car but the steering is just too stiff and hard to turn. I scanned the car and got this message : U016887 Communication with the Electronic Ignition Lock has a malfunction. Plz all expert in the house I need urgent response because the mechanic told me it's steering pump problem.
