I can say the present Governor is trying for the Umuahia pple esp pple from Ibeku.This could be because of the fact that he is from Ibeku.He has done most of their roads and is empowering most of the Ibeku pple by giving them juicy contracts.
He has finally banned the use of okada in Umuahia and Aba.U need to see pple "legging" to work in the morning.I can say he is doing his best to curb the high rate of kidnaping going on in the state.There is no night life now in Umuahia.By the time it gets to 6pm the streets are deserted.The Governor has done well in the area of providing street lights,promoting staffs in the civil service to the next grade level,providing pipe borne water and providing equipments for security agencies like Vehicle,communication equipments etc.

God help us.

Recently some of these antimalaria drugs were banned by NAFDAC becos they contain only minute quantity of d active ingredient.Such drugs include Maloxine & Amalar.
Its like its now more effective to cure malaria with herbs.Since plasmodium falciparum (the parasite dat cause malaria) has developed strains that are resistant to some of these antimalaria drugs,is it now better to cure malaria with herbs?If yes,which particular herb or combinatn of herbs should be used to prevent and or treat malaria.

it's a pleasure to know that u are frm Abia.Ehimiri is far frm Hotel Royal Damgret.The hotel is close to Gov. House.It is 1 of the best in Umuahia.

I Had this friend in school who was very good in 'craming' and 'pouring' during exams. This guy eventually made a 2.1 on graduation but he cannot answer simple, straight forward quetions at most job interviews.
There are also cases where students carry notebooks into exam halls. Some are so good in it that they can copy thier notes in pieces of paper known as "microchips" and use them in the exam hall. Because of such cases i dont believe examination is a true test of knowledge especially in Naija.

Am really being educated as i read the various post from different members of this forum. Right now i bank with Diamond bank and i can say that they are good. they dont charge u for paying or withdrawing money from outside ur branch.
The worst of the Banks is UBA.Although my brother works there,it wont make me to paint them white when they are red.I was formerly banking with them but i had to withdraw all my money from them when my friend connived with one of their staffs to check my account balance. My friend then came to me to borrow him money which i  refused telling him that i have no money.The guy then showed me the exact amount i had in my acct.My friend left angrily for lying to him.I later got to know that it was a UBA staff that gave him my acct balance.So guys i think we need to make our voices to be heard by some these THIEVES posing as our GUARDIAN ANGELS.

i share ur views on this topic. Try visiting babes in school in their hostels very early in the morning what u'll see will baffle u. Ugly & stale girls everywhere. Then when it is time for lectures the same girls will use all manner of makeups to make themselves look more 'beautiful'. Even the poor,ugly once will look 'beautiful' & 'rich' as if they are frm rich homes.
