Come up with ways to outshine him, that’s the way to do it. Match up to his energy, try to beat him to the game. If he feels kitchen is a strategy, he should force himself to cook too. Just enter one early morning before WM and decide to cook or join WM to cook in the kitchen.

If WM bring idea today, he should also go and bring an idea and get one or two housemate to push the idea and be MC of it.

Everything na sense, get the viewers to like you. No be to dey show publicly say you smart by hating on someone or go around showing it with your actions.

WM is smart to use whatever he does as a strategy, even if it’s not a strategy at least he’s doing what will make the viewers like him.

It’s a game, the viewers decide the winner. Removing WM from the kitchen doesn’t do anything, it can only make him not to be nominated every now and then.

For me WM has played the game well, too bad for pere, he’s way above them. Pere can only fight to be among the top 5. As for winning, WM is currently the front runner and except for disqualification, I see him winning the show.

seriously I don’t understand them, the test should be level, in mine out of 30 like 28 were logical reasoning, and one four questions would come from one essay, so if you don’t understand it you will fail all four , then two questions were on those numbers and alphabet… no single English question

I need help guys,
There's this gal I've been going out with for some months now, everything was going on smoothly and i was in control of the relationship not until i messed up. all of a sudden the gal that was all over me started giving me altitude and when i asked her what's going on, she said nothing, her altitude got worse and i decided to have a deep conversation with her, there she revealed how she went through my phone and saw a chat of me and my friend (kiss and tell thingy), so since then she's been withdrawing from me slowly. What i told my friend about her was actually bad..i apologized to her and begged for forgiveness, she claimed she forgave me but, things are no longer the same. I don't know how she flipped the switch. she's now in control of the relationship, i find myself apologizing all the time, it's obvious she has lost respect for me and she act as if she's not scared of loosing me..I know walking away is the best option right now, but I'm in love with her. I really want things to go back to how it was, like take control back and make her respect me again. You think it's possible or i should just take my big L and walk away?

They have four stages
,, Aptitude test
,, Personality test
,,Oral interview
,,Care something test_where u'll be taken to their branch to have a day or two experience...this will give u a thought of whether you can do the job or not...then once ur taken, you'll be trained

This second stage will take place if they have limited time and may take u thru all the stages but if not, they might tell you to wait for their feedback

The personality test stage was where I got evicted two days ago....we were told to sing and also to do a team debate-decision making..if you don't contribute, you'll be scored zero, if you contribute and didn't speak loud n clearly, you will score zero... don't be too emotional while singing to close ur eyes before the panel otherwise you'll be disqualified or scored zero..sing a fast beat song if possible...any song so far u r not making mistakes with the lyrics..it's not about your voice but about ur charisma, composure and ability to carry people along

All they need is someone who is vibrant, outspoken, active whether tired or not, welcoming, bubbling, etc u know the customer service related attributes nah...

you will start by registering as a student(pay 7.3k to any Zenith Bank).
you will take the three stages of ICAN viz:
1. Foundation (5 papers)
2. Skills (5 papers) and
3. Professional (5 papers).

To get the full gist, you will have to walk into any ICAN tuition centre close to you, for further clarifications.
