Please planing to take the TB test. Were is their approved centre in Lagos.
Please how long does it take to get result.learn that it is only valid for 6month

Good morning good people this question is for those that have submitted WhatsApp calls did you use the actual name of you spouse when submitting the WhatsApp call or name like sweetheart .I stored my wife name with sweetheart and all my calls to her reflect in WhatsApp as sweetheart.should I change it back to her real name or it does not matter.please advice

The most important accommodation documents for spouse visa application with rented accommodation are the letter from the landlord/tenancy agreement and property inspection report. Bills are not required until the FLR stage to prove cohabitation. Then you will need to provide joint or separate bills with the same address.

Her bank statement and payslips would have her residential address, letter from the landlord, tenancy agreement (hopefully the inspection report would be positive).

Does she have her name on any of the utility bills?

She has gone to change the address on the bank to reflect the new address,but the payslip does not have her address on it any problem with that

Want to know what evident of accommodation would my wife have to present,since she stays in one of the (double room) in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 other tenant occupying the other rooms. she had to since we discovered that were she was staying before the so called landlord was not the real landlord. The present landlord has given her a tenancy agreement and has agreed to give a letter of consent for the husband to come join her and we have also agreed to do property inspection(thanks for information on this forum).my question now is
1.what will my wife present as evident of residing in this property since all the bills are shared with the
2 other occupants and since it is shared it will not carry her name( its already started in the agreement that the bills are shared)
2. Will changing the bank address, GP and electoral register be enough to cover for evidence of accommodation even when the essential evident (council tax,water bill,gas bill etc) does not carry her name. Since it is shared. Will like to have more if any,to proof accommodation genuineness
3.having just moved into this new place first 1st of august will applying September ending be good since we will only have 2 month to show for accommodation evident in this new place.

please have another question do anyone have any issue with laminated credentials all my certificate are laminated,name it all nysc,bsc,marriage cert,waec.i read in this forum that laminated copies are not acceptable

1. how do i go about getting the certify true copy
2.do i go through the school or through a notary public or lawyer to get a certified true copy
3.when applying would it be necessary to take a picture of the all laminated certificate for evident that it was laminated and present the certify copy along side or i should simply present the certify true copy only
4.what reason will i give for laminating

please if you have experience this i will like know how you went about it,or am i the only one with this experience

1. As far as I understand, as long as you have records for most of the duration of the relationship, it doesn't matter if it's just whatsapp or Facebook or both.

2. I know people with maiden names on their account statements and employment letters and it didn't affect them in anyway. Email settings are far less important.

3. Be advised that a lot of spouses keep their maiden name even after getting married, doesn't have anything to do the application.

4. Doesn't matter. You can include in your cover or introductory letter that your spouses nickname on your chat records is so so.

Hello, myself and my wife communicate through WhatsApp and Facebook is that ok,but most of our calls are on WhatsApp.
she left for UK 7 month ago and has beeen working since then.
We hardly send mails and we don't do Skype call. Just Facebook and WhatsApp call.does this have effect on our application since someone says that mails are important
2.on her email the name is in her marital name I.e but her passport is in her maiden name.can she edit her name in gmail settings to reflect the maiden name to correspond with the name on her passport,since her passport still reflect her maiden name.
3. Will changing her name in her gmail account setting from marital to maiden to correspond with her passport not raise suspicion.your prompt and kind response will be appreciated.
Example : all emails before now are in:Fola patrick ( marital name patrick)but want to change on gmail setting t to:reacheal Fola Smith (Smith being her maiden name) as reflected on her passport.
4.we communicate most of the times using whatsapp and sometimes through facebook messenger.whatapp record the call logs record is showing MY SWEETHEART which is the name i use to save her number. is this ok or should i change it to her real name

Uhhhhmmm....technical foul...... If the original tenant can get the agency to include your wife on the contract, she is no longer an illegal tenant...Agencies do that after the payment of an administrative cost....

He however cannot avail a tenancy agreement as he is not the owner of the property nor the empowered agency acting on behalf of the Landlord (except he is)...

please i need some clarification

1. my wife stays in a 3 bedroom flat she rented.i told her to confirm if the person is the owner or is renting it too(all the while she thought he is the owner) but she told me that she ask and the person said he rented it too .so my question is who is to give the letter of consent that it is ok for me to join my wife in the house (although he agreed to give a letter of consent but i am skeptical since is not the landlord he too rented it )

2.most a shared apartment be rented from the landlord directly or like in this case an occupant subletting one of the rooms.please in this scenario how do we go about it. dont want to gamble with a dine

3.he also said he will give a tenancy agreement to my wife(my wife has been staying there for 3 months now) can he give a tenancy agreement

Your bank statement NOT required. All main application documentations comes from your wife.
It must be 6 months bank statement (remember the 28 day rule)
Naric test I think is about £150
I would leave my Oga's at the top to answer the TB question. I can say one thing and they say something else......

Does the landlord have any kids ? I personally would advice you to conduct a property inspection report........ A 3 bedroom flat, occupying the landlord, wife, possibly landlords kids, your wife and possibly YOU........ Does this sound to you like been overcrowded already ?

Which address would she be using to file the application ? Remember the property inspection report would reflect the new address.........
