Support which government, who is sponsoring the criminals? Let me give a scenero I experienced back then when I was living at Ikorodu, Lagos. The activities of the bad guys in the community I was leaving back then at Ikorodu was becoming something else and they were busy terrorising the entire Ikorodu at then. A vigilante man took it upon himself and reported the people behind it to the police and they were all arrested. But after a while all of them was released and were already informed at the police net that it was the vigilante man that reported them.

The first thing they did after their release was to kill the vigilante officer and made his young wife a widow with about 3 to 4 children to carter for. The vigilante took it upon themselves and start searching for them, made some arrest and handed over them to the police for persecution, but after a little long while they were all released again.

Now let me ask u....; Who are those behind the release of those guys?, If u where in such community will u ever dare try reporting any of those guys after what happened to the vigilante officer?, If they can do that to a vigilante officer, then what do u think of a commoner in the community? Please I need your answer.

The point u are bringing is a complete different thing and doesn't align. The Chinese man is a mechanical engineer, and everything he is doing is completely in line with his field of engineering. So the excuse u are giving is completely out of point. If the Chinese man was an administrative worker and he knows those things them u can give such excuse.

The orientations u guys are be given in the Nigeria tertiary institutions is part of the reason most organisations in this country depends on white expertraite for most of their technical work. The Chinese engineer I work with back then wasn't doing the work of the technicians, but he knows what the technicians were doing and how to interfere when they are wrong

If a Chinese man as a mechanical engineer can design, fabricate, weld assemble, install and maintain mechanical plants and structures which all align with his feed of study, then why do we Africans now feel that the work of an engineer is to sit in the office and be pressing laptop claiming he/she is designing. Same designing that the technicians who is not recognised as engineer will end up correcting for them from starting to the end.

But I have work with a young Chinese Engineer back then that can design, fabricate, weld, assemble, install, repair and operate many kinds of industrial machines and heavy machines like crane, excavator, payloader and forklift. No work we do back then both electrical, mechanical and others that he doesn't have sound knowledge of and he is a Degree holder over there in China... So does it mean that he have two heads?
