Good evening everyone, I am into logistics and I have some cars I use for the business. I help my wife in moving her goods from market to her shop because she's into wholesalers food distribution.

Yesterday I took her to the market as usual and we all know there's always a little hold up in the market, this tricycle man was in a hurry and I was telling him to wait so he wouldn't hit me but this guy didn't even listen last last he hit my bumper but it was a little damage. My wife was angry but normal I calm her down and we left....lo and behold she forgot something yesterday and I took her to the market today again unfortunately that same Marwa guy hit me again today and broke my light.


My wife wasn't there so I handled it myself, I called my panel beater and he said it's 35k for original, 15k for grade B, this tricycle man beg me tire so I called the panel beater again and ask him any alternative and he told me we can cut plastic and it will cost 3k.

Right now we are at the plastic man's place and the tricycle man has paid the 3k, deep down I feel bad because he explained his story..I am stranded between allowing him pay or returning the money.


Though the man has paid but I feel like returning the money, many onlookers felt that's the right thing for him to pay that I was even lenient but deep down in me I wasn't raised to collect things back when people damage my stuff's...even the tricycle man keep hailing me but I don't feel pleased.
