Atiku is very very corrupt although he's way wiser than Buhari. Being corrupt as a Nigerian is perfectly normal, being wise is another ballgame. OBASANJO still remains the best Nigerian president, check the economic stability and development that occurred under him. Buhari, a so-called saint but heavily dumb, no strides are recorded under him.
