Ogbeni, answer my question first and ask your question later.

Do you believe in Sahih Bukari Hadith?
Your answer lies in providing details answer to the question I asked you.

More reason I said you're not a Muslim.

Guy this thing you are typing sound like Gaslighting.

Uthman Dan Fodio fought Jihad with the aim of sacking the previous Hausa kings to impose an Islamic system of government and his own Muslim Emirs on the pre-existing Hausa kingdoms.

Most of these guys attacking Christians and irreligious people in present day northern Nigeria are only following the step of Uthman Dan Fodio with the aim of conquest and coercing them to practise the extremist version of Islam they believe in.

You can say not all Muslims are like that and u may be right, but asking people not to see things from the prism of religious intolerance and targeted killings by the Fulani Islamic Jihadist sounds to me like gaslighting.
Ok

Your initial post I replied was specifically on Kwara's church attack, how you now extended the dragnet is beyond me.

Ofcourse their leaders must have contacted many to initiate and some wouldn't have bought the idea just like you, but it doesn't debunk the fact that they used Islamic tenets to convince the ones that later joined.

No moderate Muslim will attack a church to kill. These ones have been loaded with verses in the Hadiths that justify their acts. Any other reason is secondary and not foundational.

Boko Haram, ISWAP, and Ansaru have as their stated goals an eonforcement of an Islamic government across Nigeria, and they've gone about this by terrorizing non-Muslims.

Maybe this particular Kwara situation is one of bandits looking for soft targets, but we can't deny that there's targeted terrorism of Christians up North.

The people being killed solely for their faith in the Northern part of the country are Christians, and the people doing the killing are Muslims, it doesn't mean that there aren't Muslims being killed because of general acts of terrorism in that part of the country.
Honestly, I recognize how endangered and insecured Christians have become in the hands of these murderous up north. It weakens my soul. Sometimes I imagine myself in such a case where we have so many groups who, by their goals, is to target me solely based on my faith whether they target people of their own faith is less significant to me. It will be a nightmare living in such place.

But what I'm trying to point out is that, Islam doesn't accept any form of force coercion, kill, rape or disturbing the peace of society.

Any individual, group or society who acts on or declare to act any principle of Islam to carry such atrocities does so on his hidden undeclared selfish interest. Islam strongly frowned at that....very strongly!

Most of these terrorists is more of ethnic dominations, resources control, regional dominations and with fake religion dogma which have no basis on any religion.

We should stop pampering these lunatics. They only understand only one language which force!!!

You get intelligence of an attack on your school. You immediately ask the school to shut down and everybody goes home. Is this not what any right thinking person would do, while the soldiers arrive to repel?

What you fail to realize is that, those fulanis perpetrating these acts were recruited and initiated using Islamic tenets by their leaders. To them, it's holy war against the Kafirs and anyone working against their belief and principles.

The ransome paid when they kidnap, the girls they turned to sex slaves and other things they took, are 'spoils of war' and it's not a sin according to their heinous belief.
I don't subscribe to that sir. They maybe exposed to Islam at their early stage due to Islam being the predominant religion in their region but justifying their actions using religion doctrine is a no no for me.

It's just like saying the Militants kill for religion.

These people and their leaders are well known by their immediate society and the Government. They spread their atrocities using their herds mentalities without giving a damn about any religion....they kill, rape, burn and ransack randomly. We have a case , just like Kwara, where they enter Mosque and kidnap some worshippers. It's disheartening and sickening!

We should know that Fulani are not the only ethnic group up north .
They are not the only Muslim up North? Why equating their atrocities to Islam? When others are living peacefully with people of other religion?

I don't think the Kwara case has anything to do with one religion trying to wipe others.

We have some lunatics looking for a way to destabilize and kidnap people for ransoms. For umpteenth time, these people are Fulani, yes but how people ascribe Fulani to mean Islam or ascribe religion undertone to their actions baffles me.

We can do well by calling the right authorities to take actions and go after these murderers instead of pitching it to one religion trying to erase the other.

It's a disheartening situation that, despite repeatedly attacks and volatile nature of Kwara state, these terrorists operates for more than 30 minutes with no form resistance from security agencies which left one wonders what the kind of security measures the Governments (both state and federal) being implemented.

The relevance of the no strike was to keep students in class

What date did the ASUU strike begin and when did it end? I thought schools were shut and students were home until I saw semid4lyfe post suggesting he still was going to class
Not all institutions joined the warning strike as some were still consulting with their branches rounding up their activities and preparing to join before the call off.

You and I know the month grace given to your principal will still end the same and the strike will eventually be declared.

For umpteenth time, he's trying and I accept that but not just enough!!!

Amoto94.

Anyene sir.

What do you think of the recent appointments of the president in kogi state with respect to kogi politics for trio of Faleke, Ododo and Muri?

Do you think it has anything to do with 2028 kogi Guber?

I notice sense of fear in the Governor with his recent moves to appease the president by organizing impromptu rallies to declare support for the president and his attache by force to the new INEC chairman.

Students being in the class now is not the bone of contention. For a man that boldly declared that the era of Strike is over to now have a two week warning strike that took the efforts of prominent Nigerians, Senate, and rep before they called it off is insane.

What's more painful is the fact that he never addressed the issue rather insulting our intelligence by telling us it's an opportunity for us to rest and learn new things. grin grin grin
