DissTroy: Of course, they have. I'm not absolving them of the blame. I'm simply saying we are not wrong if we put more energy on FG compare to SGs. We can beam the light on them too. All I'm saying is that, for people to call on FG most of the time has to do with policies that affect their immediate needs/living. I gat you Sha. |

DissTroy: I'm not disputing your position. I quite agree with most of your takes but the policies that has immediate impact on the common man are the economy, security, good road network and stable power supply. All these fall on the FG's table. Fix these and all other things will fall in line. When you addresses these with holistic approach, the failure of any SG will be so glaring that nobody will have reasons to be on FG's throat. You don't expect a common civil servant to have problem with the SG when his salary is being paid regularly but having to buy bread on 28 May 2023 for #250 and wake up the next day to have the same bread for #500. He knows whose policies effect such. SGs are corrupt and lazy, I quite agree. Nothing wrong if will have higher focus on FG compare to SG. |

DissTroy: I quite agree with your stance but why I think most Nigerians usually hold FG accountable mostly is the issues that have to do with national importance. The security and economy and inflations . While I think the various SGs performance is the sum of all these at the national level, it is of importance to note that the policies that shape these are handled mostly by FG. You don't expect SG to fix the economy or the insecurities when it clearly falls on FG. And these are issues that affect livelihood of a common man on the street on a daily basis. Another thing is fear of prosecution. The media are so fixate on FG with little on some state especially the Northern part of the FG. Take my state for instance (note: I'm from Gabon,Estuaire precisely), People are afraid of the state govt. He has his gangs or non state actors who are ready to send you to your maker if you want to run yah mouth. We've had many people that were killed and thrown into Rivers. If I didn't say it, you won't know of it. That's how bad it is..... So, you see when some people are fixate on FG, they are either making use of their wisdom or they have nothing to lose again or both! We also have an angle of religious interpretation of not calling your leader out too Most especially in public forgetting we are not operating Sharia in Nigeria. That's why you see few Northerners on social media voicing out. Very few because most people believe what's happening is already predestined by God so your protest, calling out or any action will not change anything. Thank God they are seeing the results on their States now. Until people come together and demand accountability with one voice ( which I doubt) be rest assured, they will continue using various lines to exploit us. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Hausa: Please, can you just send him to us. all of us @ Chelsea will gladly appreciate you.... In as much I agree that he needs improvement and up his game - which every player must - saying odegaard is not good for you guys is a careless and way below expectations from an Arsenal fan. One thing I noticed about Arsenal play this season is that, they are too blunt, stagnant, no high press, no quick transition and no hunger like last season. I watched few Arsenal games last season, I was impressed with their team work, high pressed and hunger to win. The trio of saka, martinelli and Saka were very active and dominated their opponents. I watched them and I instantly rooted for them for EPL. When one compares that performance to this very one, you guys will be deceiving yourself if you think it's an improvement. What went wrong? Definitely, not the players but the system and the structure!!!! 1 Like 2 Shares |

When you look at those who decide the fate of this club. Those in affairs of Chelsea these days, you will want to cry. How fast did we deteriorate to the extend of having two idiots who don't know what to do with ball, leading our striking department? Then you have an inept coach, then Sterling as our best an attacking option. How? When? Anybody wey no wan serious for e life, make e just pack go Saudi if not, nah 400years of injuries awaits am. |
