Amoto94:Western part of kogi state has been long ignored security and development wise. If not, tell me why, despite these security menaces ravaging kogi and Kwara especially this very part of the state, adequate security is not provided for them. Ododo and Fatai can synergies on how to loot, loot and loot for their godforsaken godfathers but will never synergise to curb this menace in these shared boundary. We have the principal and teachers killed in this avoidable incident yet they are not even worthy to mention in your report talk more of paying tribute. Government that prioritizes pleasing one useless godfather, harassing opposition and critiques to actual Governance will end having situation like this. Ododo should know that he was not elected to be dancing one useless dance up and down and ignore to safeguard the lives and properties of kogites. Despite Billions of monthly Federal allocation and igr, he has failed to even account to one tangible project he has successfully executed. It's a sad situation!!! Rip to dead... ![]() |
HIS EXCELLENCY FORMER GOVERNOR YAHAYA ADOZA BELLO AND DISTINGUISHED SENATOR PRINCESS NATASHA AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN: TWO OUTSTANDING CHILDREN OF EBIRALAND. His Excellency, Former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, and Distinguished Senator Princess Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan are two exceptional sons and daughters of our dear fatherland. Both have distinguished themselves through service, leadership, courage, and commitment to the progress of Ebiraland and Nigeria at large. There is no doubt that both personalities are eminently qualified, capable, and deserving of representing the Ebira Nation in the Red Chamber. Their individual achievements, contributions to society, and dedication to public service have brought pride and recognition to our people. Indeed, whichever of them occupies the position, the Ebira Nation will be represented by a worthy ambassador, and Nigeria will benefit from their wealth of experience and vision. However, in every democratic process, a choice must ultimately be made. While both deserve the opportunity to serve, circumstances dictate that only one person can emerge at a time. As concerned sons and daughters of the soil, we have carefully considered various parameters and factors in determining where our support should be directed when the time comes. Our group, made up of respected elites and stakeholders drawn from the five Local Government Areas of the Central Senatorial District, has engaged in extensive consultations, objective analysis, and thoughtful deliberations. We have examined the strengths, opportunities, advantages, and challenges associated with both distinguished personalities, guided solely by the collective interest of the Ebira people. We wish to assure Anebira that our position will not be influenced by sentiment, personal interest, or bias. Rather, it will be based on facts, performance, capacity, acceptability, and, most importantly, the aspirations and desires of the masses whose voices must remain paramount in any democratic decision-making process. In the fourth episode of this series, we shall present 21 carefully considered reasons explaining the basis upon which we eventually settle for either of these eminent personalities. Our conclusions will reflect the outcome of our consultations and the prevailing sentiments of the people across the district. We also recognize and respect the fundamental democratic right of every individual to make his or her own choice. Elections are about choices, opinions, and convictions, and every citizen deserves the freedom to support the candidate they believe best represents their interests and aspirations. As we continue this important conversation, we urge all our people to remain peaceful, respectful, and united. Beyond politics, our collective progress, development, and unity as Ebira people must remain our highest priority. May wisdom, fairness, and the collective interest of our people guide us all. Obogidi:Buy better laptop dy learn my civil softwares |
mayorall:Thanks for this wonderful initiative. I have been member of this great forum since 2016. I wish to apply for this scheme. I want to use it to learn engineering softwares most especially civil and structural softwares. This will help me to equip myself for the tasks of solving, designing and analysing civil problems and providing solutions to them which will inadvertently provide an opportunity for me in the market arena as a civil engineering graduate. I will really appreciate it if I'm being considered as it will help me a lot in my career journey. Thanks so much. |

I stepped out of the masjid after Asr, a while ago, and then I saw a cluster of people; these people looking at another cluster few steps away. I knew someone from the first group, so I approached and asked him what was going on. He pointed at the second group and said there’s a woman lying on the floor almost lifeless. She seemed to have passed out, and no one is able to give account what’s going on with her. We moved close, trying to know what was happening. While we waited, monitoring the situation, we hoped that she could gather the strength to at least say something. After a long wait, she regained consciousness and the women quickly supported her to a bit of seclusion. We found out after series of questioning, we found out that her problem was food. The last meal she had was about 48 hours ago. She lost energy while moving around to see how she could get something to eat. Something strange happened! While going for Asr, I went to a POS shop and withdrew 10k. It was very unusual, and it wasn’t like I had a particular purpose for withdrawing the money. Even when there was a frustrating delay in network in the process of withdrawal, such that would have made me leave, I was patient, to my dismay. We quickly rallied amongst ourselves and got 20k and handed over to her, while the women went inside their various houses to get groceries. The situation is so bad that our brother threw a question to me: “when is the nasr of Allah going to come?” Allahumma bārik |
WhoDeyHause:This is sad. I can't even imagine the kind of trauma those kids are going through. Unfortunately, we have a governor that prioritizes petty issue than actual Governance. The so called Governor doing everything possible to impose his predecessor as a senator than to actually secure the lives and properties of the state. Almost daily we hear kidnapping cases even in lokoja and nothing done about it. Everyone moves on like it's nothing here. As far as Kogi state is concerned , nothing resemble presence of Governments.. Both federal and state. ..... We have no Governor! |
