Statement in response to Nigerian Presidential election enquiries:


The University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES), now known as Cambridge Assessment, in response to requests to authenticate a candidate's exam certificate, today said: "We can only confirm or verify results at the direct request of or with the permission of a candidate.
This is in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000."

The organisation also confirmed that according to the Regulations for 1961, African Language papers, including those for Hausa were set for the West African School Certificate.


Cambridge Assessment is the brand name of the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate. Cambridge Assessment is a not-for-profit organisation.

You claimed there was a disparity in date...my friend, the date he wrote the exam and the date he requested for this statement can't be the same, you should know better now.

You asked if Katsina state had been created when he wrote the exam, wait o, are you expecting him to go to the old region or province to get this. You should know better.

Also, It has to be his most recent passport, He just applied for this statement of result to satisfy the curiosity of some never-do-well this is a statement of result from his school not from WAEC.
