I am pro gay and not homophobic. I'm very open minded and understand that some people's preferences by nature is for same sex BUT airing a children's cartoon based on married gay couple is a NO NO. No rational reason can explain the need for this. Children are impressionable and very fickle minded. This can mess up there sexual orientation as they may try to experiment. This is very wrong.
When you talk of gay relationships, please dont bring nature into it. Nature has nothing to do with this. Nature was not stupid to make man and woman and make man have a pen.is and woman a hole! You and the 37 others that liked your posts need mental help!

Hmm. I was going to get a Xiaomi foldable bike, pictured below, about $500 minus shipping. Now seeing your diy the other bike looks somewhat girly so I'm reconsidering.
Is that a Shimano drive train you're using? And what's the expected range and top speed? Are you still well within your 350k budget?
Yes its a shimano drive train system. I dont think the foldable bike is girly. Ive seen alot of office folks use it. Even men in suit. The good thing about it is that you can take it anywhere and there is no need to pay for a ticket on it when its folded i guess. Not sure. However im considering the power coming with the electric system. I dont know what you want to use it for but its going to be a slow bike i must say. It would have problems going up hill. About my budget. To be honest im above it but not way above it. Im not a bicycle repair guy ans i have not done this before. So there are some tools i dont have i have to go buy when i need to. Like yesterday, i spent some small amount of money on some tools i needed to fix my grip because the screw there was very small and it wasnt in the tool box. So all those kinds of misc expenses would come. Without the pedal assist system, mine would reach speeds of 50km. And 65km with PAS. And a range of 60-80km depending on use.

It gets a bit more interesting here. I started with the electricals. I mounted the lcd display. I tried to make sure its in the middle of the handlebar and not one sided as that positiom doesnt give it a superb look. Placed it in between the handlebar ao it has a middle position as i need all the space i can get for the gear, brake switch and grips

So i encountered a priblem fixing the control box on the frame after it has dried and all from the spray. It has a dull look now and i think its better than before. Anyway so i tried to mount it up but it was not working as the frame screw and the controller screw are no where neear being even. So i had to measure another hole and drill. Even after measuring i did not get the hole in the right spot. I wonder what i measured really. Lol.

I had to use naija eye to do another measurement and drill another hole and it worked.

So the first picture is the more dull look i achieved with the spray.

The second and third pic are measurement thingz. Lol.

I woke up early this morning and the first thing i did was to spray the controller box i woyld be hanging in my frame that would contain the controller itself. You can call it the brain box of the bike. Uts black but i dont like its shade of black so i decided to give it a less shiny spray with my dear matt black spray. So this is a pic of it before and when i get home i am sure its already dry so i would be posting the after pics too. Tgis was 6 am this morning.

The second picture is one of the controller..

Forgot to add this, I adjusted the tiny rod that holds the mudguard from up as the mudguard itself was skewed due to the slight displacement when attaching it with the rear rack. and its better now than it looks.

flipped it over. Here is a sneak peak of what the bicycle looks like now. I was checking to see if the battery can slide iin and out without obstruction from the screws i used to hold down the battery plate. and it works good

Car Talk › Re: My Bicycle Restoration Project by redcliff(op):
Okay so fixing the rear rack was a problm for me because there was no actual spot to place to bolt it up. I would have love it to share the same hole with the mudguard but as at yesterday that was not possible. I had to place it in a different hole that was just there for design. This hole was just bigger and shapeless so i used washers to hold it down. Thinking it was all okay as i was installing the rear tire i discovered that the hole i put the rear rack is coming in serious contact with the free wheel. There was no way it was going to work. So i decided to go see if i can get a a screw that was a bit longer in length but had the same width with the mudguard's screw.

Behold i found it and i put it on and it worked. I only had to adjust the top part of the mudguard to fit to so its proportion doesn't look skewed. I would try to upload pictures soon.

Picture 1 shows the hole within the frame. its so wide.
Picture 2 Shows the mudguard screw hole. its an M5 the screw i had to that was short.
Picture 3 shows the long and screw. The long being the new one and the short the older one.
Picture 4 shows the new screw used to pin the mudgaurd and the rear rack in one hole. Nice stuff

So i couldnt swotch the freewheel for my old wheel to the new one because they are not the same. Before then i tried my best to do it myself but i did not have the tool so i took both wheels to a bike shop and they told me i would have to get another one. So i did. Getting the new freewheel versus switching was just 2fr (N700) difference. It was better i chose the new one.i would keep yhe old wheel in the keller. but there is another problem which i would discusss in a new post
Pic 1 and 2
